A milestone in my sheep shearing career, doing my own shear job. I started this sheep shearing journey not knowing where it would bring me. Little did I know that America Shearers are in high demand and hard to find. This family have been looking for a Shearer for a long time, and found me. Who knew my first job would be one of the most difficult sheep I have ever shorn up to this point in my career. But, it was a great experience and a fun time!

I have been there and done that - the pattern gets chucked out the window and every step is a modification. Most people don't realize that the weight of that wool as it hangs downward raises the skin which will be cut if you don't go slow and deliberate. You did a great job getting through it with a minimum of cuts.
Yup, just trying your best to shear them well
The sheep on my property have three years of wool and im doing this as well its a pain becuase a small sheep turns into a huge sheep it's exuasting
Its gonna get easier, just never lose your compassion for these beautiful wooly creatures. They NEED you to make their lives manageable. You are providing a very good and kind service to these little sheepies. You did a great job on those wooly mammoths! Congrats!
Every muscle tensed up I have, from braving watching you struggle with those monster sheep, I felt your sweat and hard work, you did brilliantly all you see were the sheep’s eyes, poor mites, your their hero for certain!!!!
Even with your obvious strength that’s almost a two person job. Kudos! Those sheep should really appreciate your attention. Thanks for the video!
You are very good I’ve watched a lot of sheepshearers and you’re just as good as any of them!! congratulations you did a great job!!!
Thank you very much
Holy cow, that sheep is MASSIVE!!! Great job handling that monster!
Wow! You did a fantastic job. Those big wooley sheep were especially challenging and I didn't see any nicks. Prepare yourself....you will get lots of work in the future. Good luck!
Wow I don't think I ever seen a sheep with so much wool. Bet them sheep feel much better
Oh my aching back! That second one was huge!
It seems you are owed several new set of blades my friend! And a few of the sheep need better caregivers! Well done you for cleaning up a disaster.
Wow you earned your stripes on that shearing they had a lot of wool on them. Great job
I was with you for every blow man, now I feel exhausted too!
Oh man 👏😮👏😮👏😮👏😮that must be hard work...respect 💗🐉🕊💗
❣️
Those were big sheep 🐑 great job 👏 I was watching Kate, You tackle that like a pro. Hopefully, they don't let it be overwhelming next time .
You do a beautiful job! I love sheep so much, reminds me of our sheep when i was a kid. I loved lambing, bottle feeders, & shearing day! ❤
Well done I can't believe that you actualy did it I won't know how to start them I can feel the tiredness you've had after you finished and the satisfying as well only shearers feel thoes sweat drips
I encouraged him to get them sheared every year, so hopefully I'll be getting a call again this year!
You did an amazing job on very difficult sheep. I worried for the sheep carrying such an amazing amount of wool, and for you shearing those sheep. Great job. You will be in high demand .
A good manner sheep shearer that does a good job is always in demand!
@@FamousSheepyes! It's like shoeing or trimming horses. One with practical skills will never go hungry
Молодец... мужчина труженик... красавец... здоровья всей семье...

Wow, I can't believe the wool that came off of those last 2 sheep!!! 🤯😯😲
Awesome thank you!❤️
You did an amazing job on those sheeep!!! Nobody knows how hard it is till they do it themselves. The contortions you have perform to get it done is nothing short of mind blowing!! Im sore for a week when i have to do mine!!
You do a good job at shearing sheep.
It's hard work and you did a good job!
Haloo, nice too see your professional job Sir. I am from Malaysia, thank you

You did well!
Hi 😊👋 you are awesome strong 😊👋 first time for me seeing this amazing work i think the people who own them should not let them carry all that weight for so long 🙂 Nora
They messaged me about coming to shear them!
This year
Those were some woolly burgers there!! You definitely got a workout and I know the sheep feel so much better!!
I had a good laugh watching you do these mammoth woolies that was some job.
Ellinize kolunuza saglik teşekkür ederiz yaptiginiz güzelliklerden😘
Good job 👍 🌹
Man alive you got a work out!!! Amazing job
You did great job! 👍 👍 The first 3 jobs by yourself going solo is always the hardest, but as you do more and critique your techniques then things will become a breeze and job will get done faster. An excellent first attempt all by yourself! You should be proud of your hardwork!👏👏👏👏👏
Stunning one
Well done, you did well
The second one🤣🤣🤣 he kept moving lol
They’ve got to feel so much better.
Ohh.....tough work....God blessed you🙏💐😍
Very beautiful
Gotta feel sympathy for the sheep. Being manhandled and shorn after so long must've been strange. Poor girls, thank god all that wool got taken off and they were finally out of pain.
Nice job! My back hurt watching you...lol
waw u did a good job
Eyes are very comfortable
Solid effort bro some wool on them alright keep up the shearing bro from new Zealand
I don't know why but this is satisfying
Good job man 👍👍👍
That was hard work!!!
Good job 😀
4:08 what a huge sheep!!!! 😮💨🤭😎🤩🤣
I’m here for it liked 👍 & subscribed
Alright!
Love the shirt!
I'm guessing you know where i got it!
Holy guacamole, the sheep at 3:30, a huge pile of wool. It looks like quite a crimp to it too.
Good job 😋
Молодец. Ты профессионально стрижеш овец. Крассава. Уважение тебе как фермеру.
Wonderful job. I hope people see this before they buy sheep. It is abuse to let them suffer with years of wool.
Heppy you 🐑🇧🇷
This is such a fascinating thing to watch! I cant believe they stay relatively calm like that. And wow that big pile! How many years is is best to let it grow between shearings? I LOVE all the fun S words so well spoken! :) so glad you shared! I bet those ewes feel like new women! Hehe have an amazing winter!!
Theres certain positions that they stay clam in for the most part. 1 year is best!
I think they are given sedative shots before the process, saw in another video.
@@rolandsequeira you only really sedate rams for shearing as they can be a bit of a handful
Depending on the type of sheep and wool you can shear them every 6 months if you can get the length quick enough!
Good work bro
Awesome
Thank u for sharing . I watch cross timbers bison ranch vlog good Chanel
Your amazing
Good job! I was wondering why that tall kid wasn't shearing. He look bigger than I was when I first started shearing.
Good job bro
Браво!
those sheep are so cute!
Yes they are cute they’re cute they’re good girls cute sheep
Так профессионально стриг. Молодец
Im doing this with my sheep they have three years of wool I feel your pain especially on the neck you can't get your left leg around
Esse procedimento é TOP. Gostei de assistir este vídeo. Show.
That is quite the jaw line.
Good video 👍
If you work on making each blow as long as possible, you will shear faster, even if you are moving slower
I watched shearers in Scotland shear some sheep. They were using scissors and cut just below the fleece, not next to the skin.
The dog was like what's happening to my buddy
THE SHEEP IS THE ANINAL MORE MORE SENSIBLE, ADORABLE, PRETTYY, NICE, CUTE...OF THE WORLD.. OHH YEAHH
This made me think that the job I have right now is so much easier to do😅.
For a minute I thought you were from Right Choice Sheering!
Wow 👏
The 2nd 🐑 is a good girl too
Great job man no wonder you are in shape!!!!!
Kreativ good Friends
My goodness at times it was almost impossible to tell where the wool ended and the sheep began that was quite a struggle
❤
Those big, black woolie things could have used a trim round the front end. Bet they don't relax into it like sheep though. Very impressive job for a new shearer. You made some life long friends today
The second one was tough one to trim
So cute 😂😂😂
Wow!!!
What good girls the 🐑 🐑 🐑 are
Ven al sur de Chile y te enseñamos a esquilar ovejas, felicitaciones.
great job ! hope that last one didnt do much damage to the downtube....
I had to replace the clip that holds the guts in!
Omg...if it was me...I'll have to take cold shower every sheep...thats frigging exhausting 😴😩😫 ur awesome 👌😎👏
only if you are a little girl. LOL
