Once upon a time, I bought two Peking ducks already cooked correctly. I was so excited. Everything was ready at home except for the duck. I got home in a timely manner and presented it on the plate, beautifully, sliced, and ready for my version of duck soup or any other presentation. to my absolute horror, of my four guests, they promptly remove the skin to be thrown away. I could’ve done very nicely was just one duck by giving them meat only. I explain to him is the main reason for this duck prepare this way.
