@@-GBD- I just watched him play Toronto the other night and he was definitely not playing defence and was cheating on offence, could be cause he was trying to tie Gordon Howe though, but he definitely is not an all round player for playing a bit of defence the last few years

from what i've seen from fans who were there, they absolutely were. the audio was probably just mixed down so you could keep hearing the announcers on the broadcast.

Nope not soft nor a Maple leafs fan just call it like I see it . If anybody else on this planet would make contact like that on that part of the ice he would be forced to drop the gloves but since it's the great 8 he can track a player from half way across the ice not try to play the puck what so ever and make a dangerous and unnecessary hit to add to his highlight real. He may not of stride into the hit but he deff pumped his legs to contract.
