I Love Kombucha and recently learned that drinking too much of it can erode your tooth enamel. The tips they offered are to water it down and drink it thru a straw. ❤
I would not drink anything that removes tooth enamel.
Drinking lemon juice in water everyday can erode your tooth enamel. It’s because of the acid in the lemon juice. It’s still good for you but you just drink it with a straw to avoid the juice from touching your teeth.

Can you please do a vlog on grain free products..since all grains have the protein gluten in it, celiacs /autoimmune conditions should avoid all grains, even grain fed meats..and information on oxalate free products ..thank you for excellent and very informative videos..
Yes, I'm very oxalate sensitive. Have to maintain an extremely low oxalate diet. Unfortunately, most healthy foods (veggies, nuts, etc) are high in oxalates. Sodium is an issue as well.

@John-kd1bf The only way to be sure that oats do not have glyphosate (even if they are grown as non-gmo) is to purchase organic, because other oats, gluten free or not, are “finished” with glyphosate to dry them for storage. All plants have lectins. Each plant has its own particular type depending what it is. Soaking grain or fermenting substantially reduces the amounts. We cannot avoid lectins completely. Just know we are all different, some things we tolerate, others we don’t.

My husband has oatmeal EVERY DAY!! What would you think is the shelf life of these oats and are there methods to prolong it? For example: freezing them? Love these videos and wish every Costco had the same inventory... I'm in Southern California.
