    • It’s so slow it causes players to mess up lol.

      @Smartkid2387@Smartkid2387Ай бұрын
    • Its actually really diffucult to try and repeatedly make good aggresive returns off of a serve that slow. You have no pace to work with and unlike in a rally where you already moving and can use your momentum, on the return you're basically starting from a stationary position. This makes it harder to attack and makes you more likely to make errors on the return. This is why not everyone can just constantly hit Errani's serves for winners..

  • An in-form Osaka could beat just about anybody. She's starting to look like she did when she beat Serena at the US Open. 🏆🏆🏆🏆

    @meditatingwithnature6457@meditatingwithnature6457Ай бұрын
    • Her beating Serena at US open didn’t even look that great. Tbh Serena was pretty dominant in the second set and Osaka was just given a lead of a game and a point from the penalty which changed the outcome of the game. Had Osaka not been given those points it would have leveled off and Serena could have pulled off the comeback

    • Nah... currently if she meets the kind of top 3 she will lose for sure

      @netgodzilla1@netgodzilla1Ай бұрын
    • @@spillomina nah, Osaka would still have won that match. If comeback from set down is so easy then why she lost the other 3 slams final post 2017 comeback. In fact in her whole career Serena won just 2 slams final (last being 2005 A.O against Davenport) after being a set down. Navratilova achieved that feat 4 times while Graf & Evert achieved that feat 5 times (most in open era).

Even in this match, Osaka primarily relied on her clean forehand and backhands, and registered one of the lowest footwork movements in a tournament of this level.
