Can Klinmee go 2-0 in ONE Championship with another crushing KO? #ONE159 | 22 July
ONE Championship Holzken is an old Kickboxer and yet he is willing to fight under Full Muay Thai rules against an elite Thai fighter in his weighclass. Respect to him, after all he was a student of Ramon Dekkers who fought 43+ fights against Thai fighters with most of those under Full Muay Thai rules. Still Dekkers lost 31 out of 43 fights against way undersized/extremely bloated up Thai fighters. ONE FC should tell Chingiz Allazov, Giorgio Petrosyan, Marat Grigorian, Tayfun Ozcan, Ilias Ennahachi and David Kiria to fight under Muay Thai rules against elite Muay Thai fighters in their weighclass. David Kiria vs Jo Nattuwot or Sorgraw Petchyindee Academy under Muay Thai rules. Giorgio Petrosyan vs Nong-O Gaiyanghadao or Petchmorakot Petchyindee Academy under Muay Thai rules. Marat Grigorian vs Sittichai Sitsongpeenong or Superbon Banchameck under Full Muay Thai rules. Chingiz Allazov vs Jimmy Vienot or Samy Sana under Muay Thai rules. Ilias Ennahachi vs Superlek Kiatmoo9 or Petchdam Petchyindee Academy under Muay Thai rules. Tayfun Ozcan vs Tawanchai PKSaenchaiMuayThaiGym or Jamal Yusopov under Muay Thai rules.
@@povjiva6285 Thailand what ?
Poderosos ambos. Sin embargo no fue el Muay Thai ni el kick boxing lo que funcionó... Con un poco de boxeo de cualquiera hubiera terminado en el round 1 o 2🙄
Not fully familiar with the ONE rules here, but wouldn't that actually be TKO not a KO?
Wasn't crushing and any real ref even the joke but famous herb dean wouldn't have called this on a 9 that's why they give you 10 fools

😂🤣 That really cracked me up, buddy! Very well observed! Wow! You have such a good eye for details. Thanks! But it happens I’m not in the business of promoting my fighters so I can benefit in the long run. New lions have to replace old ones so I can keep growing, which, btw, the UFC does best. No wonder they’re the biggest. I’m just a fan of the sport who wanted to know who had beaten a legend and start following his work. Moreover, at least in my book, giving recognition to someone’s efforts is always a good idea.

he only won because he was younger. hes a nobody.
First ko loss in over a decade but never did he look outmatched. I’m not the biggest Nckey Holstzen fan but I won’t deny he’s among the best strikers in the world. Close to 40 and he still looked great I’m sure he’ll bounce back
Crushing it at 40. Stepping forward, crisp shots, spinning kick that sent opponent into the fence, he may have well one that fight if not for that ko. Again I say, at 40. He’s definitely a once in a generation fighter, enjoy him while he’s Still here.
How could you not be a Holzken fan ? The man is good all round and a gentleman from the old school. Is there something I should know about him? Man is ninja
Yeah I agree, he was definitely winning that dance before the knockout.
He wouldn't have lost if he was in his prime
He really hasn’t declined much though. Speed of course, but that’s inevitable with everyone. His timing, his power, his gas tank; Nieky fought a great fight until he got tagged.

@@deyh5664 who asked you?
That could have gone either way. Beautiful spinning back kick which slammed the geezer against the cage and a spectacular knockout punch which connected to that fatal spot down the jaw line. Excellent performance from both fighters.
Sinsamut didnt get kicked to hit the cage. He was so fast that he tried to slide backward to minimize the damage as much as he could. That's why while the spinning back kick looked contact, it did little damage. The kick was more like a light tap. Sinsamut continued fighting as if nothing happened.
@@iROChakri Nope, he didn't slide back at all, the kick caught him just under the left nipple and the impact caused him to roll back on his right foot putting him so off balance he had to step back quickly and raise his arms before *slamming* into the cage. If that kick had been a few inches to the right that would have caught his solar plexus and the fight would have been over.

Daaaamn! That was cool! Nieky is a legend, and that's a great victory!
Could at least put the man's name in the title!
This was a great battle. The snap on thier kicks was crazy. My legs hurt just hearing them.
Slip the jab and counter with the right is taught in all boxing gyms, yet so many people get hurt using that technique. Nikky slipped the jab and tried to counter with the righf but his opponent was throwing a 1-2 and that's all she wrote
meant to keep your left up to block the right coming back. (But also big gloves in boxing helps a lot with these types of techniques)
Glove difference aswell every centimeter counts lol
He got sloppy and dropped the hand.. It happens and it's going to happen for as long as people hit at each other.. It's art, there's no right or wrong, as much as we want to insinuate otherwise.. We must always be leary of control in our uncontrollable lives, as control is at best a temporary illusion.
@James it's a fight, sometimes people get sloppy. he seemed pretty stunned tbh. being sloppy happens, even with focus of technique. As seen here..
@James his left hand wasnt there, it had dropped, he was out of position.. Sloppily, he still went for it.. The original propositions red herring of what is taught in all gyms is vacuous and relies on circular reasoning to assert claims about people becoming hurt The original critique of countering the jab is basically a troll.. The floor is always open to critique, but will always remain a ouroboros.. To get a little deeper We all lose, we all get sloppy, we all fade away.. fighting to win is a delusion, and often the product of other people's pride and fixations so the illusion of control and sport fighting and money mean nothing to an evolving gym as there are no static moments.. just displaceable egos.. Never hook with a hooker
Holzken was winning man until that reckless moment, dang it
Not really. It was pretty even and the best man won in the end. That's like saying Tyson wasn't that great because his opponents got knocked out lol.

Nothing to be ahshamed of lad your a living legend. Back on the 🐎
He got a lucky KO off a hit to the back of the head. He got outclassed the entire fight from leg kicks to boxing.
Why did I have to go like 20 comments down to see the mention of the back of the head hit??? Jesus noone saw it???
One...he wasn't outclassed. Two...he actually knocked Holtzen down at the end of round 1. He lost fair and square. Good fight.
No, Sinsamuth is not outclass. Are U blind?
It's only illegal if it's an intentional strike to the back of the head. It's not the victor's fault that his opponent ducked into it. And it wasn't a lucky KO at all. Holzken got hit with two hard strikes to the face that put him down. The fight was pretty evenly matched before that but it doesn't matter in the end. This is a clean finish, with no decision robbery and no controversy. There is no crying in Muay Thai, go watch soap operas for that.
watching the video it looked like Holzken was winning on points he had the check lead hook everytime Klinmee moved forward plus he landed more shots. But you can see Klinmee was going for that power 1-2 combo judging from how many time he was setting it up. I think if Holzken was a younger man he would have been able to take that punch
Both men fought amazingly they both are on the next level awesome fight well done to both of them
