to keep the chocolate glossy, you have to keep the choc. warm when pouring. you might want to do one shape at a time on the first pour keeping the choc. warm in between shapes then doing the second pour all at once. also you might try holding a hot spatula over the blushed choc. to gently melt the choc to return the gloss. Also if the choc is grainey you may need to retemper the choc to get the best results. Don't burn the chocolate.
You don’t really need to keep the chocolate warm, you just need to temper it, many videos on KZhead. If it is properly tempered it will be nice and shiny and will have a nice snap when you break it. Also chocolate shrinks when it cools, so when it is properly tempered it will come out of the mold super easy. Chocolate is quite tricky, but practice makes perfect 😅
I have been learning Dutch for ages (on and off) and restarted 3 days ago. This is the language I struggle the most to learn so I am with you, Stephanie. Let's conquer this language by the end of the year 💪😂

So Nick has all the KZhead time wanted to remain udseen so sometimes you will see his humor come through in form of wearing a paperbag over his head 😅 it is always quite funny I think 😊. So, Nick and Stephanie were the two original owners of the Chateau. Michael Potts, who had been once Stephanie’s boyfriend wanted to be originally involved as the third owner.. But, Michael later came on board as a third owner. If I’m remembering right they were all in college together. And yes, Nick doesn’t want to have his face filmed.

Yes, Lancelot likes height and it’s apparent, music as well! You’ll have to try ‘Through a Dog’s ear’, a playlist on Apple Music for calming dogs(and humans 🤣) It’s a compilation of classical music which obviously Lancelot needs to learn as a resident of LaLande! Isn’t the chapel moving forward well. So excited 💒💒 And well done with the sushi and chocolate moulds! 👏🏻👏🏻❤️
I almost whoooped when I saw an elderly neighbor walk by with a “Lancelot”. I look for them now. 😂 Loved his running skills and his total attention on the piano. What a happy boy. ❤
At this time of the year sheep are in lamb. This is very bad if those are. Perhaps they are not and you are aware of it. But I wouldn’t encourage the dog to be doing this
The work in the Chapel is like restoring a Masterpiece. Impressive. The plantings around the gazebo appear to be growing and will look so amazing.

Please be careful with your dog around the sheep. If they’re scared they can give a strong head butt or kick and it could kill your dog. It happened to my sisters dog, who was only a year old and a shih tzu

I’m proud of you Stephanie. I speak two languages and am studying more, but I lived in The Netherlands for 6 months and thought it was a very difficult language to learn. I agree. Why go through THE EXPENSE AND LABOR to only have it still look old. I also understand to NOT have it look "Disney-ish". When the restoration of the Sistine Chapel in Rome took place in the 1980's, many critics stated it looked Disneyesque.

Chocolate is so tricky. I'm sure it was something like: the chocolate particles didn't crystallize the right way in the right orientation, so that's why it it looks spotty.

I used to work with gouache as a colorist and matching colors was time consuming. It's one color wet another dry. It looks like they have to blend in the edges as well. Very talented crew

In a vlog a week or so ago you mentioned your concern of Lancelot wandering off because you would have all the doors open, I hope that you have had him micro-chipped I have never heard you mention that you had. Checking for a 'chip' is the first thing that most people would do if they found a stay dog, he is such a lovely dog I would hate to have him wander away.

How wonderful to see Nick's family and Sabina joining for the holiday! Antoine is so handsome and such a gentleman! I love how he just dives in to anything! He'll really impress his friends when he hosts a sushi party back home! The fun, fellowship, and love is so abundant and the blessings and laughter are contagious! The successes of everything from the chapel repairs to paint matching are astonishing! Marie's responsibilities have certainly shifted to the kitchen, and her talent and skills have skyrocketed! The class in London put her in a class by herself indeed, as she has come and completely changed how she manages her kitchen, her prep station, folks coming in and out (lol!), and that blasted thermamix! Oh, how she fought that thing with an iron fist, and then she started using it right away after the class! I love it! She is now teaching y'all so much, and I'm glad she's still able to bring in some florals. I know she will not have that opportunity when y'all are in season. But, floral arts, as her first love and what brought her there, I'm delighted she's been able to bring in a few handfuls of posies on her walks. I've worked in developing employees into areas where they are able to find their best selves for their joy and benefit as well as that of the business. This growth opportunity was a perfect choice! And, it is being executed to precise perfection! Way to go, Marie! Lancelot's welcome and love of all Furbabies that visit and his sheep wranglin' is such giggle inducing good clean fun! He and Puppette will have a lovely Easter, I'm sure!k Stephanie and Phillip, since your engagement, I have seen the two of you blossom even more in your love and partnership. From the decisions you make together, Phillip's complete inventory in his mind of every need helping fill gaps and make wise choices, your working all of those years and now having a true partner in all of this ... again I will say, y'all were brought together so perfectly at such a perfect time in God's Perfect Will!
