  • Thank you. This is a great ab/core workout. I can feel the core work very well I need to do the reverse plank better and hold more than 10 seconds. I also need to work on the alternating led/raise front elbow plank. I feel the tightness and work very well in the core and abs.

    • You should be able to do them every day and once you master the moves you can increase thr sets from one to 4 even 5or 6 if you have children like me wait till everyone is in bed and start around 9 PM and you will see results 😊
