The boat in the time frame 13-15min looks like the steering has air in it. Or something else is wrong.
It's called a smaller boat, in rough water. Keep in mind the other two boats in this video are much, much larger so they will handle the conditions much better. That 28 is a great lake boat, I've seen it in person.
