Ngannou ragdolling a 245lb Gane with a grade 3 MCL is wild af
Fax it's scary af
Ngannou goated
It’s very impressive that Francis pulled it off with his injury’s but rag dolling common bruh… He barely wan the fight duo to Gane going for a leg lock in the last round when he was on top…
@@coltizznigga what the fuck? Barely a win wit a grade 3 is basically a KO in 3 seconds
@@coltizz Gane's grappling is amateurish, dude doesn't know what he's doing on the ground.
Bisping continuing to fight for the latter part of his career with one eye and WINNING THE TITLE will always be legendary and cements him as one of the most dedicated fighters to ever step onto the UFC octagon.
and people call him the worst champ too.
Absolute legend
Not only that he got knocked out cold by Dan Henderson
He can say whatever the fuck he wants forever imo
@@andrewkielbasowycz1915 😂😂 I would say the same but I like the guy he is now
Sakuraba was practically taped together last half of his fights. Honorable mention.
Nice
How are you allowed to fight with staph? Isn't the commission supposed to step in or am I expecting too much from them?
The fighters hide it. Imo they should be suspended for doing so.
As per the video, it's very easy to hide. Some of these fighters hid it from their whole camp!
@@drewfromyay882 I mean they do get suspended but I think it should be longer. Imagine beating a guy then getting sick from them, it's not good simply put
Yes
Kevin died with a hole in his side
The Conor and the Ngannou ones are pretty epic in hindsight. The Dillashaw one was particularly bad because he wasted everybody’s time and money by fighting knowing his shoulder wouldn’t last the first exchange.
Yea can you imagine paying to GO to the fight and he just creators all over the main fight b/c he was so injured that the fight would just suck IMMEDIATELY
You think he did it out of a sense of duty or honour? No, he needed the money. If you're going to be mad at someone, be mad at the UFC for underpaying their fighters. TJ is a former 2 time champ who had to fight with a messed up shoulder.
he owns multiple businesses. he doesnt need money hes just selfish@@WtfIsLigma
What you expect from a pos cheater?
I will forever be amazed Bisping managed to do what he did after he lost the eye. A true modern day gladiator
More like modern day pirate (ill see myself out)
4:48 Oh no, suspended for 3 months. It's not like you'd fight again before then anyway
TJ purposefully went into the fight with Aljo with a shredded shoulder because the UFC contract dictates that the promotion will only help pay for injuries acquired DIRECTLY IN A FIGHT. So TJ wanted to get his shoulder's medical expenses dealt with through the UFC and not out of pocket. These guys have jack shit for health insurance.
Nah, he made a huge bet against himself, knowing he’d lose and doubled his payday.
Both of you make sense
LMAO@@seyfullah1907
Silva’s dodges against Griffin were like a scene from a movie. Too clean
Any fighter that hides something like a Staph infection should be suspended for a minimum of a year and have money removed from their purse. These people are absolute idiots and could potentially end other peoples careers. So incredibly selfish.
This list only includes those fighters you know of who had no business fighting in a given fight. It's not hard to imagine that there have been and will be many more fighters who have/had no business fighting for whatever reason.
Yeah no shit
Two honorable mentions. While fighting with a broken hand isn't unheard of, fighting 2-3 times in one night with a broken hand takes some grit. -Marco Ruas won 2 of his 3 fights at UFC 7 with a broken hand, winning the tournament. Even more impressive, his opponent in the final was 7" taller (unsure of the reach difference) and had a 90# weight advantage. -Gerard Gordeau wound up with two of Teila Tulil's teeth embedded in his foot after a kick to the face in UFC 1. It also appeared he broke his hand in that fight. He fought two more times that night with the teeth embedded in his foot and a possibly broken hand. He won his next fight, making it to the finals, but lost to Royce.
Did you use the pound sign, which has now become the hashtag symbol, to say "pounds" That's dope
@@jervoskitzin Yep. I'm old and stuck in my ways. I've followed the UFC since day one at which time I was in my mid-twenties. Back then that symbol represented weight in pounds or was used to designate a number. I understand the rest of the world has come to view that symbol differently in recent years but to me it still represents pounds and numbers.
That TJ one really pissed me TF off man I swear! AFTER EVERYTHING that happened with that guy and the EPO & The tarnishing of the legacy as now we don’t know when it started etc I still believed in the dude and actually believed that it was for a bad weight cut. Been a fan since TUF and tuned in for the Aljo fight and felt that if anyone was to beat Aljo at the time it was TJ who could stop the Take Downs and then had his own movement that was hard to track & was still able to KO anybody! Plus I felt like he would land that headkick and legkicks and end the fight as the first ever 3X Bantamweight Champion and we’ll be able to put all the BS Cheating controversy to bed finally! And then I saw him SCREAM in pain within SECONDS of the fight and I was confused & worried and bummed as I was upset at “Great, some Bs goes wrong right at the start and now we don’t get TJ Vs Aljo and AGAIN Aljo gets another “Win”” it was just overall bad and then I found myself asking why the fuck isn’t the fight stopping? At first I thought it was a freak accident like with Brian Ortega and Yair etc etc And then news broke that Injury was done awhile ago in camp and TJ was aware of how fragile it was leading up to the fight for WEEKS! and then knew it 100% was not ready for a fight THE NIGHT PRIOR Really pissed me TF off with him Tbh. It was the last straw and really showed he didn’t take this game and anything serious and just like him “Admitting” to cheating it was just all over the place. That is when I stopped being a fan of someone I followed for years! Since BEFORE the Belt! WAYY Back on TUF! Hell I was one of the few who was hoping he got on TUF tbh. The only dude that picked him against Barao etc etc and that Aljo fight was just dirty to the fans he had left.
It's hubris. I kind of expected it from someone like TJ.
Better late than never I guess. Most people hated him the moment he back stabbed team Alpha Male. Not just a camp, Uriah recruited his ass, gave him a place to live when he was a nobody, etc etc. That was the moment everyone knew he could never be given the benefit of the doubt
Aldo should have gotten that title shot, his career ended with that awful Merab lose because of TJ
Tell us how you really feel
You’re a casual
Fighting on benzos is the craziest lol
It's a bold strategy
Yep. So if you get Molly whopped you don’t remember it
While I understand it's out of the old days where things were different, the lack of Yuki Nakai on this list is insulting.
This is a pretty good example of why fighters need more guarantees from the UFC. Chances are, they wouldn’t risk themselves in these ways if they didn’t have to fight just to eat.

The fact that Bisping became world champion with just one freaking eye is bindblowing. What a tough mf
Oxycodone and Oxymorphone? Daaaaamn my boy Leben knows what’s good. If he was on it during the fight it would have almost make him unbeatable 😅
Havent watched yet but bj penn, diego sanchez, and tony Ferguson are the first ones on my mind.
Praise Christ a video with Tommy
Bisping is a warrior. I highly recommend his KZhead channel I didn’t know what a cool down to earth dude he really is
I love all the guys, but when it's Tommy I get extra hype
You’re the best one on this channel! It kinda sucks to know more about these iconic performances that look great in short clip but I love the sport. I wish there was some sort of Olympic and entertainment version so we could get the best of both worlds 😢
I caught staph once when I wrestled in high school. That stuff is bad and highly contagious. Fighting with staph is just grossly irresponsible and negligent
If only they had good enough pay to be able to skip fights for thier injuries

Very cool list! Good job with the tie-ins, too. These Lego stock footage people are always mighty distracting to me, but I don't have a better idea. Thanks!
They fight because they got bills to pay with no health insurance. This is what they do, this is what they are good at. Unfortunately the sport doesn't pay unless your the top guys.

Bisping fighting with one eye during the greatest stretch of his career and Ngannou getting the belt with a grade 3 mcl tear is legendary stuff. TJ on the other hand was basically throwing a fight; knowing that his med expenses would be covered if the injury was during a fight.
For the case of Francis I dont think he had much choices, he was desperately fighting to leave the ufc at that time while the ufc would also gladly let him fight with a torn MCL.
Even a short acting benzo like alprazolam can have residual effects the next day for sure, same with opioids. Even when someone swears on everything they feel perfectly normal, it will be like you are reacting half as fast as normal, or like moving through molasses. No bueno for, ya know, a fight with Anderson Silva one of the fastest middleweights ever. Crazy to consider.
As someone who is on opioids for chronic pain, I can’t imagine being in a position where I’m in a fight on what I’m on,
Conor never had stress fractures, we all know thats rubbish. The bloke had arthritis in his ankle lol. He got his leg broke fighting and just doesnt want to admit it.
Ngannou injuring himself stuffing a takedown in his camp for Gane is crazy. At what point did you expect Ciryl to wrestle?
Damn never been so on point with the timing of the upload
So this is going to be a weekly series? 😆🤣
Dope 👌
With those entries, you basically proved that it's worth it to risk your health, lol
I'm gonna have to disagree with the top spot. Bisping had his eye destroyed by TRT Vitor - Bisping almost had his career taken away by a sanctioned cheater. He came back and became champion and did it with one eye, that's some legend shit right there. Also if that's really the top spot, then why isn't Sharabutdin Magomedov at UFC 294 on this list too?
Using coverup is not about deception, it’s about getting paid. We covered up our ringworm/ impetigo all the time for wrestling, and we weren’t getting paid, just hoping for a scholarship. 👏
“Someone fighting with one eye is a bad idea.” Sharabutdin Magomedov “hold my beer”
As someone with 20/200 vision in my left eye and 20/50 in my right who passed the vision test at the DMV with no glasses I have major concerns with either your list or the DMV’s test
UFC should pay their fighters better and give them healthcare as employees - likely you’d see less bullshit like this
"I see some battle wounds and some bruises. That's great." Randy Couture
How the fuck antibiotics are on the ban list whilst in competition on the USADA list is crazy
What a video 👆🏻👆🏻🔥🔥🔥🙌🏼🙌🏼
Before fight with Anderson, Forrest got KOed 2x by Wanderlei Silva in sparing , somebody reveal thatmultiple times
Idc how many times i hear the bisping story my respect for him is endless
TJ thinking Aldo isn't even a threat to him while going in there one armed has got to be better than any overlooking Luke rockhold has ever done.
"Aljo" Tyler Jeffrey would never have entered the cage with Aldo a weightclass above if he ony had 1 arm :)
Wait Bisping only had 20/200 at the start?? I know know its completely deteriorated now, but 20/200 is suprisingly not that bad. I have advanced miopia and several retina issues including a detachment, so im not a great example tbf. But I have 20/400 vision, so i cant see the top line of the vision chart unassisted, but I have played sports my whole life with contacts, I have had a contact tear while driving and had to drive without it, so i could see in one and had 20/400 in the other, and it is for sure doable. Again, I know it got worse, and he is in fucking cage fights, im just shocked how close my vision actually is to his i guess
If I could have nothing more in life then to look into Bispings face, shake his hand and just say thank you for everything. It would be more than I could ever ask for.
It should be a crime for fighters to not disclose injuries before their fight. People bet big money on fights, and injuries make the contest unfair for the fighters and the people betting
Brock Lesnar vs Mark Hunt, UFC basically knowing he was on the juice, giving him a pass to not be in the testing pool for a 6 month minimum, and then him magically testing hot, could totally be on the list in my opinion !! Great video 👍🏻
Mike Goldberg would say the goofiest things. I miss him calling fights.
The UFC did him dirty. He was the best one on the mic. "JUST LIKE THAT!"
@@GengoSenmon what? No he wasn’t. He was terrible
It’s interesting that Bisping had to lie to the Commissions to be sanctioned to fight while current ufc fighter Sharabutdin Magomedov fights while being blind in one eye. Still crazy either way.
Dude Francis put his whole professional life on literally one leg and made it happen!! That’s so epic Also didn’t know Conor tore his ACL before the mendes fight that’s insane say why you want about him mcgregor will literally fight anyone anytime anywhere once he signs on the dotted line
And even crazier that his leg is not fully healed in the fury fight (at least in boxing he didn't have to worry about leg kicks or takedowns, but still it must be hampering his movement)
@@kevinhanandi dude is built different
Forrest also got KO'd twice in camp before fighting anderson
Strange that Bisping against Gastelum wasn’t in here as another mention or at least acknowledged as a separate occasion when talking about him at the end. Fought Gastelum on a few days notice in China just 3 weeks after losing his Middleweight title to GSP in a hard fought fight where he was dropped and choked unconscious. Didn’t last 3 minutes vs Gastelum
Lol. That thumbnail is something else.
damn the bisping one reminded me of yuki nakai
I want a bisping movie tbh
I think the Dillashaw flyweight venture when he became anaemic trying to get down to 125 and then taking EPO to compensate is much more significant than his shoulder injury.
Why is this done ahead of Tony vs Paddy😢?
Forrest fighting Silva on a xanny is fucking legendary
Not really, given the embarrassing way he lost
Xanax has a long halflife with lingering effects for a couple days after the initial effect. Forrest was definitely xanned out still fighting anderson, its just not his fault because drs prescribe shit without actually explaining what it does.
Well Xannax definitely doesn't help you fight 😂😂
13:15-isn’t Sharabutin blind in one eye?
Just in time for lunch!
Ahh, bispings a cop out for number 1. It's completely true, but I wanted a specific incident 😂
"Dude might have lost because he fought after taking 1 xanax the night before"... Bisping: "Hold my eyeball."
No wonder, Forrest looked barred out when he was fighting Silva now knowing he literally was 🤣
Can someone explain staph infection risk? So did everybody who attended UFC294 got on antibiotics? Or what precaution should they now take extra?
It’s a bacterial infection and because antibiotics have been overused… due to cuts and such and the high infection rate, if someone is not aware his/her opponent was infectious, they might not seek medical help right away when starting to feel ill… MRSA is a bacterial infection, go and search procedures and see what could happen
@@andu1854 So the entire floor of UFC294 was contaminated and put every fighter, commentator, doctors, ring girls, etc. at risk? Or would a simple shower with anti-bacterial soap after the event be enough of a precaution?
I bet on tj and was just in awe that he went out there to fight with a shoulder hurt that bad
I was about to bet on tj too but then i realized that if he lost, some aljo fan was gonna get my money and i just couldn't risk it

Bisping lost an eye, so he could see things clearly.
Anderson Silva entered God tier in the Forrest Griffin fight, we haven’t seen anything like it since? Errrm, TJ vs Barao 1/2, Cody vs Dom, McGregor vs Alvarez.

Jorge masvidal vs ben askren Jon jones vs cyril gane Lots of god tier profomances

@0:54 I'd argue that Garbrandt vs Cruz was a more spectacular fight than Silva vs Griffin. Everybody knew Silva was going to win we just didn't know how, Garbrandt was supposed to be just another Alpha Fail guy and was busting out pushups and robots mid round against one of the GOATs of the division. His Championship run was short, but boy was that a beautiful performance from Cody.
How you did not mention bisping memorizing the eye test chart letters with his right eye to tell the athlettic commission so he pass and continue fighting big strong hilarious detail

Fighting with Staph is wild… But so is Bisbing for saying “ok well fuq eye sight; I want to be a champion.” Ironically, one is WAY more selfish than the other.
Shara should get co-main on this list if we're talking one-eyed guys.
Xanax would NEVER help you in a fight if you took it before the fight. It makes you lethargic and sleepy as hell.
Every cmpunk fight. He was a casual in there with pros. That's dangerous
tommy should narrate all videos
Yeah. Him & Rogan literally almost have the same voice.
Bisping is on of the all time greats because of just how fucking good he was with 1 eye
Ferguson should not have fought Gaethje. He didn't even have a good reason to. he was up to fight khabib but instead his chin was cracked and he hasn't won a fight since.
Don't you understand? TJ couldn't pull out of the Aljo fight because he couldn't stop, it was like he was addicted to the shindig or something.
Top ten Tommy toe hold characters 😊
Hey, my right eye's 20/200 too! Not cause of a detached retina though, whoops.
Shara Bullet is a one eyed warrior too. It’s known why is he able to fight then?

It depends on where your fight takes place as different commissions have different rules. Sharaputin fought in Abu Dhabi, not the US, where the rules are a bit more relaxed
@@benlewis5312 but he debuted at UFC 294 last month and still had the ol one eyeball going 😂 is that because he started fighting outside the US first?

Some of these are perfect examples of why athletes who believe in themselves SHOULD be allowed to fight if they and corner feel they are ready. Like you say Francis shoud not of been let to fight that night? Then what, possibly loses next fight, still stuck in UFC and could possibly re-injure and make knee worse after surgery.. Him taking that Gane fight was perfect that night.
The fact Gane didn't kick Ngannou's legs as SOON as he saw those knee braces shows how low Gane's, AND his TEAM'S fight IQ is!!!!
