  • Kobe faced 12 50 win teams from 2008-2010 playoffs. That's more than what lebron faced his entire playoff career. Kobe touched the finals 3 times straight without shaq and avg 30 points 5.5 rebounds 5.5 assists 47% shooting. Case closed only player in nba history to have 600 points in 3 year playoff span.

    @russell9411@russell94115 жыл бұрын
    • Just stop typing you're a fucking idiot. You think Kobe is better than Jordan. You have right to comment about basketball. LeBron lead both teams in the finals in points, rebounds, steals & blocks in a final series. No player has ever done that case close. Kobe doesn't come close to LeBron. He's not even better than Larry Bird.

    • Fans back then understood the game of basketball. Fans appreciated Kobe appreciation of the game. Kobe appreciated the purity & artistry of the game by mastering all aspects of the game whether it be using his left hand, footwork, post game, shooting the 3, handles, floaters, hook shots, midrange, faceup, triple threat, utilizing ball fakes & shoulder fakes, jabsteps, using different pivot moves and making double & triple pump fake midrange shots/3s when defenders didnt bite on the fake & had the skill to make these diffifult shots. Plus Kobe had that mentality as a pure assassin & fans appreciated that kind of mindset. Now the fans just like stats & don't understand the game. Fans are impressed by triple doubles, guys chucking up 3s, guys playing Marshawn Lynch bball driving to the paint just dunking the ball & guys playing a predictable style of offense where it's just 3s & layups. No midrange, post game or real ability to create different shots off the dribble. Even physical specimens like Shaq had great touch & footwork in the post. U just don't see guys like Kobe anymore

  • one of the most evenly matched series in nba history imo.. a majority of the games always ended up being within a couple of points and the overall competitiveness was different. miss this era of the nba😓

  • One of the best series in the playoffs. I remember watching this together with my uncle. Because of this I became an NBA/Lakers fan. Imma late bloomer back then. 14 years old me in 09 getting amazed between Kobe & Melo.
