  • Yeah, another failure of a year for Gonzaga. I'm surprised a small team like Purdue would do it.

  • Edey is crazy good but the refs let him do whatever he wants. Refs been very inconsistent on foul calling on the inside all tournament long.

  • The amount of fouls drawn by Edey is ridiculous, the officials can’t keep calling all of this game after game in the tournament

    • Why not, he's being fouled and the refs are calling them

    • Correction: The ridiculous number of fouls committed against Zach are greater than those actually called. When will teams learn to play a clean game? You're welcome.

  • I don't watch much NCAA basketball and came to see what the fuss about Edey was. Right now it just looks like he's bigger than everyone else, that's the only thing he has over the competition. At the pro level, he will probably be another Eric Montross. I just don't see him having any sort of success in today's NBA.

    • Over the course of his collegiate career, Edey was head and shoulder above Montross in every major statistical category: Edey: 7'4" 300 pounds, 139 games - 17.9 PPG, 9.5 RPG, 1.3 AST, 62% FG, 70.7 FT Montross: 7'0" 250 pounds, 134 games - 11.7 PPG, 6.8 RPG, 0.6 AST, 58% FG, 62.4 FT This season, Edey was 1st in scoring, 2nd in rebounding and 3rd in double doubles. When was the last time a center led the NCAA in scoring and was runner up in rebounding? I believe the last center who came pretty close was Shaquille O'Neal, and you know how that turned out.
