I like to watch creative videos because behind the screen there is a person with a beautiful spirit❤❤❤
You can be creative and an asshole
Que lindo elogio , que frase maravilhosa, ❤❤❤❤ From Brasil
I love the music, I'm an ER Trauma Nurse and this is so relaxing and makes it so magical Thank you for the fresh air you sent😊
Piano is like a metal hammer on my brain tissue. Isn’t it fascinating how different we all are.
except EVERY youtube has the same dang music!
@@cruisepaige the piano is considered a string instrument
@deborahdonnelly8423 actually, it's considered a percussion instrument because of the hammers on the wires.
I find music soothing ❤
We used to make these in grade school. Glad to see that an old tradition has not left us.
Me too. JK
What did you add to the yarn? 1:01-1:02
@@thatrogersmith It looked like clear school glue to me. Or a glue that’ll dry clear.
I like to leave the leftover yarn outside, preferably at the base of a tree where birds hang out. Within a few days, they will have incorporated it into their nest or whatever building project they're currently working on--because we all know birds are always building something! This is another great idea.
Wildlife experts don’t recommend doing that. Its harmful to the birds.
That makes sense, @@debmorton3310. Thanks for pointing it out!
Birds use all sorts if stuff. I found one with pieces of plastic bag as nest material.
@@a.p.5429 That doesn’t mean it’s safe for them. It’s dangerous for them to use those things as it can get wrapped around parts of them, cutting off circulation or preventing them from flying altogether. The babies get it tied around their necks and di€. 😪
NO CREO PORQUE YO ENCONTRÉ UN FALCÓN ENREDADO DE HILO. NO ES RECOMENDABLE PARA ESO ESTÁN LAS ESPIGAS Y ÁRBOLES. 😮
Just checked out the channel. The person who made this video is from South Korea and the Korean word for “thread” and “yarn” are the exact same. Just use your common sense and use yarn if you want to make this. 👍🏼
What does it matter where she's from we all know it's yarn no one is stupid I hope
@@adriennapalmanteer7697 it doesn't matter they're just mentioning why they may call it something other places might not. And trust me there's definitely dumb people and more stupid people than smart or any with at decent common sense in my opinion. I've had the misfortune of having met a lot and it seems to be more men than women tbh. 😅 I'm guessing you don't read social media comments a lot either because they're definitely rampant in almost every video I've watched 😂.
She mentions in the description to use wool yarn, too, which would be safe from fumes. But acrylic obviously wouldn't.
@@adriennapalmanteer7697The OC was simply explaining why the title says "thread" even though the video shows yarn being used. And she's explaining why: "thread" and "yarn" are synonymous with each other in the South Korean language and are translated from South Korean to English as "thread." I'm glad the OC took the time to explain this in case anyone else wondered why thread wasn't used in the video!
Thank you!
Cela s'est avérée vraiment jolie felicitation madame j'aime beaucoup 🥰♥️👍🧡💜💙💛💚
Great idea for Christmas ornaments
Loved watching this, thanks for showong how to make it. Beautiful ❤
this is one of the best craft projects i have seen all year!! GREAT JOB
So, the wool would stick using the iron ? Really ? It won't come off??😮 Coz the glue is not used here.
@@sumitkaur8897if you use Acrylic yarn/wool, it will melt it. Acrylic is a form of plastic. The heat of the iron melts the strands together.
@@SweetPea112 oh I see..thanks!
Egg shapes for Easter would be great, too.
Ohhhh yes!
GENIUS IDEA!!!!! ❤❤❤❤❤
I would think you could use French Knitting in place of braiding...I am horrible at braiding!😝
Definitely!!
Fab idea 😊
Great idea! Both my daughter and I crochet so we have a lot of leftover yarn. I think I'm going to use your technique and try making Christmas tree ornaments.
Simple cheap and charming! Yeah you!
Oh so very clever with the left over wool. So pretty 💖
Bonjour ma belle, C'est trop beau, j'adore, c'est incroyable toutes ces petites créations, toujours plus belles les une que les autres. Merci beaucoup et félicitations à toi. Bisous de France. 🙏💋😘🥀🍀🙋♀️🇨🇵

I love it. I have a couple of ideas rolling around in my head that I want to do. Thanks for the idea ❤
ha dado de si el corazoncito
I love this craft idea! My two granddaughters did it yesterday with the help of their mother and the results were so cute!
This is just the best craft videos ever!!!!!!❤
I'm inspired, thank you for sharing. I think I'm going to try cutting circle templates to see if they work as coasters!
if you do resin crafts, you shd probly try a top layer with that, cuz plain glue may not hold up for the heavy use of coasters (as anyone who's used drinks directly on cheap wood may kno, lol) 😅
@@SimbiAni Sadly, I can't get resin where I live so have not had the pleasure of trying this craft. Appreciate your input though.
Brilliant. I love your use of the plaited yarn to finish off the project.
Felting those lil bits turns out with a softer look too. I rub all my left over yarn between my hands & pull apart the ply on longer left overs. The blended colours look soft & wispy. Blues, greys & whites remind me of fluffy clouds when finished 🧶🧶🧶
Yes!!! I made a ladybug on an 8 x 11 piece of construction paper with black and red yarn. It came out awesome.
I think using that beautiful knitting yarn that goes from a light shade to darker would be great for this craft. I even saw that exact knotting yarn in my local dollar store just this week. That would be so cool in this craft!
What is knotting yarn??
@@judiwagner880a typo
GRACIAS 🙏🏻❤️👏😘🥰👍😍🌷🌹🙌
Great job❤
You did a beautiful job so creative. I love it.
Used to do this in school years ago and it was so much fun. I still have some of my projects after all these years. Brought back great memories. I know what the kids and I will be doing for the next few holidays and feast of Saint Patrick of course ☘
You're a good mom.
Yeah, looks like kid craft...hand it in THEIR room (maybe).
@@sweettaterpie7009Aw, that's so sweet of you to say. Kids grow so quickly so us parents have to cherish each moment we have with them 😊 Have a great day!
❤@@toandiloya585
Of all things to do with leftover string, I would have never thought about this. Thanks so much for sharing! Hopefully I can come up with some creative things like this one day too!
That yarn must be synthetic, to melt like that.
Thanks. Wonderful idea. There's absolutely no waste when it comes to ideas like this. No scrap yarn is to small to recycle. Keep up the good works. ❤❤❤❤❤❤
Une très belle création !! 🤩🥰 Félicitations et merci infiniment, Merry Craft. 😍🌹❤️🌹🌹🌹🌹🌹🌹🌹🌹🌹🌹🌹🌹🌹🌹🌹🌹🌹🌹🌹🌹🌹🙋♀️🇨🇵🫂🫶
As the music soothes me, I am taken to the window of an apt on a street looking out at the people rushing about in a light snowstorm.
Q lindo trabajo Maestra muchas gracias abrazos y muchas bendiciones!!! ❤
This is such a good use of yarn scraps. But what did you mix in the pile of yarn before putting it on the paper heart? If glue, what kind? Great idea, I'm sharing it with all my crochet friends. Thanks for sharing!
it's wool yarn...it 'felted'.
@@nannykat1057yes, I saw in the description it was wool; but at 1:01 the video shows glue being added to the yarn. However it doesn't say what type of glue works best for this project. What type of glue is added to the yarn scraps, please?
Such a neat idea with left over yarn scrapes!
🎉🎉so pretty, another addition to a gift 🎁 for my daughter ❤
Very creative. Thank you for sharing.
This is fantastic. Im gonna try this. Expect im gonna make the geart bigger and turn it into a pillow for sofa or a bed. Thanks for sharing. Such a lovely heart.
É fio de maha, fio de lã?
If you put a baking sheet first thing on top of the glue/yarn layer, you have to worry less about the paper sticking to the yarn after ironing.
I was thinking a sheet of wax paper or parchment paper might work too.
Or a silicone sheet. @@loriw8950
awesome! I was thinking it could even make a great hanging spinner ornament if one could see the back too lol maybe use parchment paper cut into shapes to match resin molds then after the design is made, separate the paper from it & put the yarn itself in the resin mold & fill with resin of choice (glittery, shimmering, etc) & so on.. voila, 3D artpiece! 😍💜
@wangyun6087 would you please explain furthur? What does the baking sheet go on directly?
Do you mean putting the iron on the baking sheet.
This is a really lovely idea. I've just finished making the J W Anderson patch cardigan made famous by Harry Styles for my daughter's birthday. Wish I'd seen this earlier. I have loads of scrap ends and would have made this as a keepsake label to go with it. Planning to make her one in autumn colours next so I'll be using your idea for that one. Thankyou for sharing. I love it.❤
That is soooo cool! Love this craft design. Thank you for sharing ⚘️ ❤ Also, you could use wax paper in place of parchment paper, which is a little more expensive. Wax paper actually improves the performance of your iron.
This is such a cute Idea I love it. Thank you for doing this video
Прекрасно! Спасибо! ❤
This is such a great idea! What glue did you add to the yarn before you ironed it?
Great idea! Using the term "scrap yarn" will advance your views thru searches. A thin velvet ribbon would be pretty around the edges too.
Wonderful!!! Thank you 👏 😍 🤩 Subscribed! New friend ❤️ ✨️
Beautiful!!! I love it!! Going to show your video to my Wednesday-group of ladies ❤️❤️.

Eine Super Idee! Klasse!💗
A cross would be beautiful.
Beautiful, relaxing music! What a novel idea this is!❤
I think this chopping up of the yarn to make a fabric has some cool possibilities. I know products are called different things around the world but what is the clear product you add to the yarn? Thanks for posting the video.
Thank you, very creative, will definitely try.
Eine schöne Idee, Danke für die Inspiration! ❤

Very creative. Thank you for sharing 🥰🥰
I didn’t want this video to end. 🥰
Καταπληκτική δουλειά! Συγχαρητήρια!❤🌹🇬🇷
Wow, on comments. Going to loose people because of saying thread instead of yarn!! World is messed up enough on what words to use.. it's a fun technique and uses up your scraps of yarn or thread. If large project use yarn. Smaller ones use thread.. I've used embroidery thread,do this technique but you sew over the thread. Could fo yarn too,I never have.. just enjoy it and have fun.
That’s beautiful I’ll try it with my scrap, yarn and thread
Oh! Christmas ornaments!
Cute idea and what a great kids craft this can be ❤
So cool great job, you've lost nothing. Sd some people can't just appreicate something for it's beauty and the person made it for their creativity, courage to share a part of themselves. YARN, SHMARM,!! A long way to go for some unhappy humans. Everyone should always make and share what they have to offer others. MUCH LOVE!
It’s not necessarily “unhappy” or unappreciative to point out that it’s yarn. People who don’t know the difference between the two and try this beautiful craft won’t have the same results with thread. Grow up.
Que lindo ficou esse coração,penso em contornar com cordinha de sisal,eu acho que vai ficar legal.Deus abençoe essas mãos talentosas ❤❤❤❤
За урок - спасибо! Успехов Вам!
Muy bonito 😍,gracias por compartir

What kind of "glue" did you put on there?
That is too cute. I have to make this for my craft room, I enjoyed the video.
This is fantastic. It would be great to make the heart bigger and turn it into a pillow.
Do they need to be synthetic threads to bond together so well or can woolen ones be incorporated.? its very affective, many thanks HIlary
