The G303 Shroud Edition was controversial because of the changes it made to its shape. Also the weight wasn't considered great at the time of release either. While there seems to be compromises to the ergonomics in exchange for aesthetics. I used the G303 Shroud Edition in productivity tasks. But what does the G303 do for you in both productivity and gaming?

Appreciate the video. Just going to change your life real quick... You don't have to click 'ctr + y' to redo, you can also do 'ctr + shift + z'. Making it much easier to toggle between undo and redo. :)
Thanks for the tip! I actually do use the shortcut, and have recently change the mouse button to highlight " ctr + alt + H " and italicize " ctr + I " in word both relatively hard to reach shortcuts using 1 hand. Makes more sense since I highlight and italicize sections of paragraphs constantly when reviewing and editing documents.
in your opinion, would this mouse be a upgrade compared to the super light or is the super light better?
It's unfortunately preference. The Superlight has what is considered a safe shape that fits most people. The G303 on the other hand goes the other way and caters to those that don't find the more universal fit of the superlight as comfortable. If you've had an egg shaped mouse like the G305 or Razer Orochi, then the G303 might feel more familiar to you than the Superlight. The G303 would still have what I would consider a harsher shape.

It depends. If you're working on your aim more, G303 is better. If you want to maximize productivity shortcuts G903. I prefer the G900 shape just because it's a mouse I've used for years, but these days my aim is mostly the same regardless of which mouse I use, it's more whether I like the shape or not that determines if it's at the worse or better end of the spectrum.
