I apologize for any minor background noise you may hear throughout the video. I recorded this during the 4th of July so there were some fireworks in the background, although I've removed most of them. However, there are no sudden loud noises in this video.

For anyone wondering, this is not UWR by quite a bit. As of now as far as I know, Mattieu Aubert has the UWR set at 1:39.00! Hard to believe anyone can solve a puzzle as huge as this so quickly!
I remember when the yottaminx was big
@@savagedude9689 This is smaller than the Yottaminx. The Yottaminx still holds the record for the largest minx puzzle.
Hard to believe anyone bothers to solve this puzzle *at all*. ;)
I'm not being notified
Mathieu Aubert does seem to be *the* guy for giant minx solving!
Can we all take a second to appreciate that this has no ads whatsoever
Yes that is amazing of him
Yeah.
I get so many ads ondidnt even notice
I got ads...
Got an ad at the beginning lol
Next up: "Magnetizing the ShengShou Examinx!"

I'd actually love to see that
I can say at this point that anyone here hasn’t watch all of this in one sitting

For real though, way scarier than the solve itself

Why would they add it to wca

Only 4 away from 669, 1 away from 666, and 68,335 away from 69K, but I’m guessing you would want specifically 69,669 (69,000 away), 69,696 (69,027 away), 69,699 (69,030 away), or sm like that.
I just watched this whole video! Great job solving it it was satisfying to watch!
Thanks for this easy cube Asmr
Last turns at 4:20:00 exactly nice

Great solve summed up in 3 seconds!!! EPICCCCC!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
Thank you for the no ads
The cube rotations on the mat were more satisfying than the cube turning...
Now I understand what commutator you do for the final centers of the 11th and 12th centers! I can finally solve my examinx
Props to jr cuber for solving the examinx
I would never dare to attempt this, but there is something oddly satisfying about watching this.
I was just appreciating the effort
Can we appreciate how he put time stamps in the description. Applause my good sir.
Super solve man, really you are the greatest
I-I cant even solve a Megaminx...
its just like a 3x3 trust me you can solve it
@@risengrind8059 I have tried to solve it for weeks my dude. I can't get to the grey face I just sit for like 10 minutes trying go solve the other sides

More like CKSuperLevis, or is it because CKSuperLevis mainly solves regular cubes and dodecahedrons?
Nice solving! Now there is a new world record.
incredible!
I Think this is an awesome addition to the WCA
Nice! You should do an unboxing of one of every wca puzzle!
10 mins in my head already hurts watching this... Imagine him solving it for a straight 5 hours without drinking any water *(I think)*😂
Its not hard to not drink water for 5 hours if i wanted i could drink no water for 10 hours and it wouldnt be hard
I only drink like one or two glass of water per day
Hats off to you ❤️❤️

When solving large dodecahedrons (5+ layers), I actually solve 6 centers on one half and then put in the edges. It doesn't really slow down making centers or edge pairing for the second half and ever so slightly speeds up later edge pairing because there are simply less spots the pieces can hide.
3:13:31 centers 4:15:05 edges 4:20:28 solved!
0:07 YOU ARE MAGICALLY DOING A U' MOVE
Just a quick JRCuber video before bed ....
Well done! Personally, for minxes larger than megaminx, I like to complete F2L first before doing the rest. I find that it helps tremendously to have the lower half of the puzzle solved. Makes spotting pieces a bit easier and I'd imagine constantly rotating a puzzle as large as an examinx gets pretty tiring.
In my opinion, once you have made the first center (white) it is easiest to build all of the segments of the next several faces by using the opposite (grey) face as the assembly point. You avoid messing up the faces you already have assembled and you know where you need to go with the piece after you find it.
4:20:18 is when he solves it
4 hrss!!!!!! no way im watching that long , ill just skip to the end
Me watching without knowing how to solve megaminx 👁👄👁
its more impressive to watch this whole thing then solve this cube
To get faster at big minxes, you should do this (it’s basically Big Minx Yau, but not really because you don’t have cross edges done before centers): Start by solving the F2L centers as per usual, and then solve the cross and F2L edges whilst inserting them in with the corners so that you have a fully completed F2L done and out of the way to make it much easier to find pieces in the rest of the solve and you have extra room to make edge pairs during F2L Then, solve the top center, followed by L5C. What I like to do is hold F2L on the left, but if you hold the cross on the right for Yau4 or are just more comfortable with it on the right, then do that. So, it’s basically like half/third/etc centers. Also, keep in mind that you can turn any of the outer layer S2L faces as there’s no cross. What I do is I solve the first half or more of 4 of the remaining centers and leave the last one on top and I usually do this similar to third centers, although it may be more efficient to do it differently on bigger minxes, so whatever works best for you. What I mean by the first half or more is everything except the R side, so on a Mebiminx, that would mean everything except the last 1x2 bar on the right, and on a Gigaminx, that would mean everything but the last 1x3 bar on the right, but then just whatever it is for whatever size puzzle you’re solving. 2x4 bar on Gibi, 2x5 bar on Tera, 3x6 on Tebi, 3x7 on Peta, 4x8 on Pebi, 4x9 on Exa, etc. Then, just solve the last bars like third centers on 5x5/half centers on 4x4, except there are just more and bigger bars on higher puzzles, and you can solve them in whatever order you want, but working from the back towards the front is the best just like how inserting into the back slots first during F2L on 3x3 is the best. So you can do the first bars on all of the 4 centers working from back to front and then the same for the rest, or just a whole center at a time, or a combination. You can do all of that with only outer layer U moves and inner layer R moves. Once you have the only center on top and final section of the center in front left, just solve L2C regularly without messing up F2L, and you shouldn’t need any moves besides U and inner layer R moves unless you have to do a commutator. Once all of THAT is done, just do edge paring and it helps to do techniques like slice flip slice back, replace solved edges with another edge pair that will pair up with something else when you slice back, out solved pairs on the bottom of S2L (that’s kind of annoying, but it helps to keep everything on the top and middle so you don’t end up not being able to find anything or having to take them out of the bottom later), and even freeslice in the top layers. You can also try to solve the bottom edges of S2L first so that you can insert them with the corners into Balint Blocks and get them out of the way, but don’t ignore good cases for other edges of course. And PLL parity for Mebiminx (4x4) is: (r U2 r’ U r U2) r2’ (U2 r U r’ U2 r).
Looks quite easy. It is a megaminx/gigaminx with anabolics.
1:29:51 red center done
I know I skipped to the megaminx stage but holy cow that was crazy
Im sitting in bed at 3 am debating between -fall asleep to the sound of him doing this Or -stay up till morning when I have to go to work and just watch him finish this. 🤔 At already 45 minutes in, I feel like I'm committed at this point..
