The Examinx just came out of production and it's the hardest puzzle to date. How long will I take to solve the hardest puzzle in the world?
There are 151 pieces on each side, 12 sides total! Watch my 1st EVER solve of this Examinx and see if I break the world record of 9 hours and 19 minutes! Also, I believe I am the 2nd person to solve this crazy puzzle!

  • After 8 years, 5 months, 26 days, 17 hours, 53 minutes, and 06 seconds, I threw it against the wall and tried to rebuild it. As it turns out, the small pieces fit in different spots. I have no idea what I'm doing and just bought a new one to say I solved it. My family will never know my shame.

    • Yep, it's not really hard, I barely know how to do a Gigaminx but it would be the same concept just taking a lot more time. Now imagine solving something like a ghost 7x7 or many other puzzles that SuperAntonioVivaldi shows for example, I wouldn't even know where to begin

    • The algorithms are just the same for the megaminx once all sides and edges are done, before that it is similar to solving 5x5x5 cubes to sort out the faces and the edges. I love these style puzzles and this is a brilliant video.

    • @@kaminutter Thanks for your answer. So I read now, that the algorithms all come back to the 3x3x3 with some additional algorithms. That means it's not completely different. I kind of get it now how they came up with it. :)

    • @@SellusionStar of course I've never solved an examinx, or actually any higher order megaminx, but with higher order NxN puzzles you don't actually need any extra algorithms at all for simple reduction methods unless there is parity (there happens to be parity on all higher order NxNs but still). Odd parities (as opposed to be even) could potentially be figured out intuitively so I would actually say it probably requires no extra algorithms to the standard megaminx, however I don't know, there could be some other parity.

    • Its probably a gigaminx with same algorithms, but way more huge. If u say a gigaminx is a 5×5, thats a 13×13 i think. So thats my guess

  • man, now I'm even more excited for getting the gigaminx for christmas... I should really stop looking for rubikscube related content till then... But that was an awesome video man. I remember how much of a pain the first time solving a 5x5 normal rubiks cube was, with all the centers and edges and you just did it on a much larger scale in probably less time than it took me to figure out the 5x5. Good luck for solving the Yottaminx... ;)
