Just Got this one, I am done with wired headphones, nice action with table headphone hanger for free since I order form your official website. I am semi audiophile, overall balanced experience. But if person don’t bother about wire, GSP 300 have same driver unit with less than half price.

agreed with that, but not really necesary, they are looking to lower the cost and cancelling the USB-C is one way to do that. On the other hand you are paying a very cheap price for the quality and specs of these headphones. I have the GSP500 since 2018 and they are working great, i want to buy the GSP 550 BTW sorry about my english XD

Hi Richard. I just tried to purchase it through co.uk site...and nothing was wrong. Try again. It is available on the sennheiser homepage for UK aswell.
@@EPOSGaming put through my purchase finally. The UK website kept saying out of stock in red letters. I'd wait, and it would come up as in stock, only to say "Out of stock" again when I continued. Finally managed to put through order at 2.48AM UK time :) Now just have to wait for it to come.

Sennheiser, I've seen several post regarding an update "all was working fine until I did a "hardware" update through sennheiser gaming suite and now my dongle does the same as yours. I plug it in and get the "connect" and "disconnected" sound but can't use my headset at all" Is this a known problem that going to be fixed soon? I would love to buy a pair..

Hello i have got these. I play a lot of games where I need to hear my own voice when i talk but the Side Tone option is greyed out any ideas? Ive joined skype and discord but still its greyed out?
Hi Jamie! Opposite to GSP 670, the GSP 370 doesn't come with side tone built in the headset. However, side tone will be available as a feature in the gaming suite for the GSP 370 during December - all you will need to do is download the software update once it's released. Regards, Sennheiser Gaming

Does anybody know if this supports 7.1 surround sound like the GSP 350 does? or is it literally just a wireless GSP 300 for a extra $100?
This gsp 370 does support 7.1 Surround Sound for the PC.
@@xKenn No, the wirless products cannot be connected to the GSX line. However the software uses the same 7.1 algorithm as the GSX.
@@xKenn The GSP 370 will have the Software suite where you can adjust different settings. Here you can enable 7.1 Surround sound and adjust the reverberation.

Do these work for Nintendo switch?
The GSP 370 is not aux-wired and is therefore not compatible with Nintendo Switch. If you're looking for a headset that is, take a look at our analog headsets such as GSP 300, GSP 500, or GSP 600 - I'm certain they will serve the purpuse and live up to the quality the GSP 370 offers.
With the firmware bugs and what not I'd definitely tell you not to buy those. They sounded great for a day till I turned my PC off. Now they are as useful as a brick. Back to using my HyperX headphones that's been by my side for 4 years.
Shame really, because when I can get the headset to work in Windows 10 it's quite good. For the most expensive headset I've ever purchased the instruction, software and support is very, very poor... In fact, I fail to understand why Sennheiser did not use a USB-C (reversible connector) with a dongle/ adaptor at this pricepoint.
The last good sennheiser headset was the PC 360 G4Me since then the quality just went down. With useless usb ports and 7.1 sound.
We have many analouge Stereo Headset. In fact the overwhelming majority since the PC 360 were analoge and not USB headsets.

I'm happy there's lots of comments here complaining about no USB-C, hopefully Sennheiser can see the huge error this is. After watching a PC KZheadr review this, I was ready to buy them but realized there's no USB-C. I have Sennheiser HD 650's hooked up to a 2nd Gen Schiit Stack and I've loved them for many years but I realize that when I game, I sometimes like to get up to walk around and wireless is convenient. If I ever travel, I also can't take my entire audio set up so wireless headsets make sense. Not including USB-C, while 'minor' in the grand scheme of flaws is a huge omission and I'm not buying for that simple reason alone.

Warum bekommt ihr es nicht auf die Reihe ein gutes Mikrofon zu verbauen. Omnidirektional? Bis 15kHz Frequenzen? Sodass die eigene Stimme gegenüber auch gut verstanden wird? Ich frage mich wer so etwas kauft? Im Jahr 2019 so eine Qualität für diesen Preis abzuliefern ist absolut inakzeptabel! Mal abgesehen von USB-C über den immer alle heulen.
If the earpads are imitated leather, it will break/crumble within two years. Should have been fabric,. Usb-c vs. Usb 3.0 can be discussed, but which gaming pc does not have usb 3.0? I think the arguement of the missing usb-c is invalid.

im not sure, but why not charge and use at the same time if you really need it that bad? i would guess you are not awake 100 hours, so when you go to sleep and recharge your body do the same with the headset? and if you forget 1 or 2 nights its fine, because it lasts 100 hours. just an idea, thats what i do with my phone, i recharge my body and phone during the same time

@@Jing_Photography of course, but one day+night is 24 hours, battery lasts for 100 hours. if you forget something 4 days and 4 nights in a row you need to see a doctor
