Wow. After listening closely for a minute, this song does an amazing job matching music to lyrics. He sounds almost like he’s trying to apologize while still drunk, attacking the same person he wronged, defending his self-proclaimed terrible position (so what if I drank too much; this isn’t love!). Listen for when his voice seems to have a sort of radio effect. It’s not 100% accurate, but sometimes it seems the radio voice seems to be the sober shred of reason still left in him. Did you notice how many times he said “this is the last time” as his voice and the order of the music died down? Each time he says it seems hollow. This song does an excellent job of seeming drunken, apologetic, and desperate yet defiant. Drowning in his own wrong, and at the end of the song it seems is the final straw as everything flips out, giving in to drunkenness again.

OMG, i heard this around when it first came out, and then i lost it. I have had lines in my head from it for years, every now and again trying to find it. Lines like "this is the last time". Now finally after scouring through kito music's chill playlist, i heard this mans voice on another track. It clicked and i knew this was who i was looking for. I will never lose this song again, i am so happy.

Going back 4-5 years ago and listening to all of his songs in a time of need because my life has always been so tough and full of nothing but pain… just a reminder that his music has pulled me out of it once it can do it again!!

Learn to look at each and every day as a new beginning, & each & every heartbreak as a lesson.. negativity builds & stems off negativity, & we all create our own nightmares.. look at the positives.. focus on the things that mean something to you, and benefit your happiness. And this was the opening to my door. Not only did his lyrics make me feel safe but even the beats? Which is weird because some beats are too much for me.
