This special "Timeline Edition" of the Original Prusa i3 MK3S+ depicts many important moments from the 10-year history of Prusa Research. Stretching all the way from 2012 when Jo Prusa and his brother Michal used to send home-made 3D printer parts packed inside generic pizza boxes into the entire world to the recently announced autonomous 3D print farm Prusa Pro AFS, this special edition of the MK3S+ is full of amazing details and intricate craftmanship.

This is the most pointless additions to a printer that are so wonderfully thought out and brings such joy and fun to the printer. I want all of this for my own 🤩

What annoys me a little is that, with a few exceptions, there are no "guys" to be seen here, just many versions of Josef... as if he had done it all by himself. More variation with company/team members would have made more sense here than this self-infatuation put on show. That being said, any contribution to the foundation is commendable!

He may be the founder of the company (But: Prusa Research is more than "one man"!) and probably also has fans at Apple level (whether that's a good thing remains to be seen) But Steve Jobs presented his products and not himself. (By the way: I'm an Android user!) I would compare his manner to being constantly annoyed by Steve's voice instead of Siri. Which isn't (!,) because he put his product first instead of himself. Between the cyberpunk 2077 prusa you guys did and this, seeing these 'art printers' is really neat, and really refreshing compared to the usual extruded aluminum boxes out there.
