Making a futuristic motorcycle

Hello, and welcome to our DIY video.
Today’s project is building a DIY futuristic motorcycle out of a scooter, so you can handle your transportation shenanigans in style. This cabin motorcycle concept we’re building actually looks like a gyrocar - two-wheeled automobiles that sort of balance themselves. You could also liken this motorbike to a monotracer too.
As always, we will list the list of required components in the link below and provide a tutorial on how to make it from the ground up, but beware, this ecomobile takes a lot of engineering.
Happy building.

  • Well done! The rivets and air force grey matte finish definitely help the futuristic look! I like these enclosed designs if it can get more people get onto 2-wheels to help with commute congestion. Since rain and bad weather are big reasons why people don't want to motorbike to work or just get around town.

  • almost great. i think you need a version two where you fix the stand to be closer to the body. The main flaw of this is that since it has the same footprint as a motorcycle, motorist on the road are not going to know that you have to prop those sidewheels down on such an extended manner. on a traffic stop, i can easily see this toppling over because someone is too close to you when you need to stop.

    • also, Isn't it a risk of bars risk during slowing down moments such as low -speed areas? let me explain. You ride quickly, bars raised, therefore, you must go to the right of the roadway like a motorcycle in this case ( EU circulation based ), only, during your journey, you must significantly reduce your speed and therefore deploy your auxiliary wheels, is it What does it not represent a risk for you, to be able to hang any obstacle on your right or any user of the road to your left if you do not return to the center quickly and deploy the bars? Would this maneuver in it even be enough to make the vehicle ultra dangerous?

But due to the Traffic conditions there is a very huge market for that segment. if someone can manufacture a mini 3 wheeler in the size of two wheeler which is more compact but can carry 2 people in the back seat. that can be registered and be used by last mile delivery agents, bike taxis etc.

What did you do to upgrade the brakes when you doubled or tripled the weight of the bike? That looks like the stock single sided small diameter brake rotor from the original scooter.
