Seeing that this is a 2 stroke, i think an expansionchamber for each cylinder would greatly improve performance and rpm limit on this pocket rocket. Awesome build 👏
It's running rich. Some snowmobile engines use one expansion chamber for 2 cylinders all the time and the loss isn't too bad. His expansion chamber may not be optimal for that engine tho.
@jjhack3r it would work if he had both pistons firing at the same time, how he has them 180 degrees apart means pulses from 1 cylinder will work against the other and vice versa. effectively making the pipe act half as short, throwing the resonance way out of wack.
@@jjhack3r - Yep, WAY too rich!
@@tejdz1337if the cylinders fire with 180dgr offset the result is what a tuned chamber does. You don’t seem to know the principle of the chamber
@@martinandersson5278 sounds to me like youre the one who doesnt seem to understand the function of an expansion chamber, and i dont understand what ur even trying to say? he put an expansion chamber for a single cylinder engine, ofc if it gets twice as many pulses per revolution it wont work the same right ?
Being precise enough in your work to weld together two crankcases and two crankshafts, and get away without needing boring of the crankcase for alignment is mighty impressive. Nice one!
the shaft in 2t is on bearings and they have play
Looks like it has a small one instead of 2 individual ones
Allahumma shalli 'alaa sayyidinaa muhammad wa'alaa aali sayyidinaa muhammad wasallim tasliima😁😊 Yok Tobat Kawan Dan Jangan Lupa Sholat Dan Sholawat😊😁😊
I dont even think the fellow has a band saw at his disposal, he cut the bloody thing with a hacksaw. Must have taken ages.
Allen Millyard would be proud. He's the only other person I've seen saw a crankcase in half and not turn it into scrap!
then there's Le Dan, too
I watch Le Dan. I also watch this guy who I suspect has aldo been watching Le Dan and has now upped his game.
wonder how many crank case turn to scrap b4 getting it right
Very cool project, interesting build. I have a 2004 MotorHispania RX50, thing is considered a 9/10 scale crotch rocket. It has a 50cc liquid cooled engine that turns 15krpm and supposedly makes 7hp. It has 6 gears and a clutch. It won't do a wheelie easily but it does take me (250lbs) up to a max speed of 71mph, downhill, with the wind at my back. Regular riding I never usually go over 55mph
71 on one of these is insane. How it kept from getting the death wobble is beyond me. I ridden I think about 35 mph or so but would be scared to go beyond that
Own an AM6 RS50 (same engine) Stock with CP 19mm carb, got 68 out of her. Can push these past 20bhp
Am6 doesn’t have 16000rpm limiter r3tard3d shlt
@@zjebzueb1878 Are you thick lol, you can take the limiter off with a CDi
Cutting and welding two crankcases and two crankshafts together is impressive in itself let alone with a little help with a lathe and press not having to bore the case, using a rod the same diameter as the crankshaft to perfectly align the crankcase’s while welding was genius
Excellent Engineering..with some more fine tuning that little mini should turn out lethal to ride👌👍
did you mean lethal, or legal?
@@netroyboth could work
Yeahh...bring it to the next level...🤭
Lol slow as hell😅
Absolutely the finest art of knowledge, to build (or rebuild) an engine. When you look at a video like this, it looks decivingly simpel to to do something like this. But dont be mislead, only a few hundreds of a millimeter wrong messurement, or a few degrees wrong on ignition and the engine would be useless. You, Sir, are a true professional.
That was badass. These are impressive little engines. 4.75hp and it fits in the palm of your hand. I think your engine deserves a gearbox of some sort and a top speed run. Im also curious how well the pull start survives, pulling over 2 cylinders
this tinny engines can reach 20hp easy
I agree, absolutely needs a gear box, imo incomplete without one.
@@smokefentanyl or at least a CVT
The old ones had cvt s 🙂
@@t0mateK 🤔🤔🤔🤔🤔🤔🤩
Very nice build. Reminds me of a Yamaha YSR50 that I put together with a 200 cc CS5 engine. Cleaned up the ports and made some expansion chambers. When I was jetting the carbs and getting the gearing right it would carry my 240 pounds at 85 mph. It was stolen before I finished it.
Cold comfort, but you know something is good if someone steals it!
Your skills are unmatched by 99% of small engine builders. You did in one video what would take me a year to accomplish. But you crossthreaded the shit out of that first intake bolt 😂
don't forget le dan
Dude. That was sick. You’re a beast and you made it look easy in the video but only a few people will fully appreciate how much work that actually was. That’s sick. A lil tuning the carbs and I bet that thing is a beast
Great work as ever, definately needs a decent expansion chamber exhaust you can hear it choking as the revs build up.asides from that it looks a hoot to blast about on.
This dude so talented, hope you have a high paying job with all these skills u own
Love the videos! 🔥🔥🔥🔥 Would love to see a 4 cylinder 4-stroke engine to 2 stroke! Maintaining the oil on the pan and turbo 👌👌
Top notch engineering skills. Definately deserves a new sub!!! 👏
In addition to the shock that the creative work brings to me, one detail that touches me is that he darkened the strong light during welding to make it less dazzling. This is actually very important. In some other people's videos, These bright lights make the audience very uncomfortable and quite dazzling
Only problem is that since it's still a 2 stroke, it needs an expansion chamber for back pressure to define low, medium & high power bands, if it had one it would be much faster, have more torque & be more responsive, run it 40:1 or 50:1 depending upon your jet size & or squish for the headkit & you can turn this thing into a real track monster!🔥
Also 2 in 1 exhaust can not deliver that
Cool project. Amazed it ran. Drastically increases the torque of those cag engines but unless you change the gearing or increase the rpms you won't gain any speed compared to stock. An easier project is to fit a bzm to it. You would triple the power compared to the motor that you just created.
Cooler project is a twin cylinder 100cc 😂
This is awesome and excellent machining! I know it’s two stroke but it seems to be very Smokey
I do not believe I have seen anyone attempt to fabricate (and design/engineer?) an engine block by hand. Astounding.
Bro just went from 600rr to a 1000rr upgrade kit for kids!! Solid! 🎉
Class. It's just the fine tuning and final tiny adjustments and you'll have amazing engines.
Genius you could build your own motorcycle! What is your approximate speed on this piece of art? I’m impressed with your skill and your engineering, great job!
Bro , you've given this generation and generations before it who've never thought about doing something like what you did . It's amazing what you just did and it pays to have all the necessary equipment to do what you did . Thank you it's an epic video 💯
This is by far the best build video out there hands down..! I am sure this project was nowhere near as simple as your precise editing has allowed us all to enjoy your talented skills and abilities to think outside the box and create such an idea so masterfully.. your talents i am guessing really have no limits and i am now curiously wondering what you might create next.. good luck and good blessings to you and those who support you.
Great job ! Double wacker ! Trinidad & Tobago. West Indies.
Parabéns , que incrível projetos assim são muito bons , ótimo trabalho eu gostei demais , ficou massa !
Well done, I love small engines, fun to follow you and your inventions.
Love it how he shows the wiring diagram like we are going to actually try and build this
Way easier to copy a setup someone has already done then come up with a new one.
4 min in and you had me thinking "Is he making a parra twin?" love it!
Ciao, tu sei il meglio!!. Se il mondo rimanesse senza corrente, solo VOI SOPRAVVIVRESTE. In Italia si dice: Che la fame, aguzza l'ingegno
Nicely done. Either you are adding too much 2 stroke oil or need to adjust the floaters or fuel/air mixture in the carbs, it could be scary faster!
Pra kna rin po tga Thailand sir grbe sobrang galing mu
2 silnder....motor kecil....mantaaapp..mas brooo..
👏 Excellent engineering.. you are very good at 2 stroke engines, I think it is very powerful. With some more sophisticated adjustments, this tiny mini car would be dangerous to drive👌👍
I have an 8 and 9 year old nephew that would LOVE to take a spin on this bike! Well done!
Please make a V-Twin for bicycle! You'd make the motorized bicycle community so happy!
That's amazing to watch adding a second cylinder but I would think after cutting the block in half then bolting them together would need to be torqued to a certain inch or foot pounds but if it was I missed it.
WOW !🎉 Absolutely astonishing! Hat's off to a genius.🌞
What material did you use for the coupling in-between the crankshafts?
Always a nice ride through the Franken-mechanical realm you exist in. Cheers
I am truly impressed by your skill with machine tools there are some home made tools that worked perfectly a true mad scientist
Gives new meaning to "Built not bought"!💪
It would be so cool if you could do a 4 cylinder boxer motor like goldwing
That is definitely great engineering.... It's definitely cool to see you got a primeweld tig225x to samtec welder I run myself I got the water cooler and a water cooled torch to trying to tackle the same projects you're doing....😮😮😮 Keep up the great videos and the great work looking forward to your next video.
The stream of smoke behind you. I can hear the atmosphere screaming
Do you have the 40mm cylinder or 45mm cylinder ? There are different cylinders avaliable for this pocket engine. you should check and try to install big bore
The Asian Allan Millyard...Bravo man!!!!!!!!!!!!
Nice. It would be awesome if you made a V4 with these, like the honda nsr 500. Although maybe this pocket bike is too small for that.
Single cylinder 2stroke sounds nice, but you made it 2 cylinder which sounds more amazing.
next project is the expansion chambers and portwork. just a tiny bit of deburing the intake and exhaust does wonders. add the chambers and it will breath properly . with out them its kind of flat and limited on charging the cylinders, please update me on those tests. it will be twice as fast
Galing ng Hacksaw! Congrats bro malapit kana mag 1M!!!!
Salamat bro! Isa ka sa dahilan bat malapit na ako jn!! Tinulungan moko nung nag sisimula palang ako, Congrats saatin!!
Did I just watch you build a engine from scratch wow
awsome work ! it would be rather cool if you made a six cylinder four stroke bike engine, like the old honda CBX.
You should drill bore them plastic carburetor inlets out to let more fuel in. they are always restricted and the exhaust outlets
It's one thing to own tools, but knowing what to do with them takes skill.Awesome upgrade..👍
I don't know much about 2 stroke engines, why is the carb on the opposite side of the crank case from the cylinders? How does fuel get to the cylinders?
Did you find out the top speed of before and after?
No:46 body:repsol 😂 like something wrong
maybe rossi at repsol honda 2004
This guy is always a game of; "Oooo, what's he gonna do next?"
Lol, we put a YZ125 engine in my buddies Pok Bike. He ended up having to upgrade the ...Brakes, Tires, entire rear wheel, sprockets, chain, rear shock, gusset the swingarm and stiffer fork springs. Everything was destroyed/worn out in 2 weeks of thrashing. we all kinda abused it to hell and back. Rear wheel bearings GONE twice in a day was when he replaced the entire rear wheel. Pocket bikes dont like 37HP. 250cc motocross engines are way too much,(50+HP) I heard about one, and that it was all tire spin and sketchy. So I kinda like that your build it leans toward sanity, but gotta get a 60cc-80cc 2 stroke motocross engine in there! Youll be amazed what a real performance engine is like. Plus they are basically bulletproof if your not dorky with it and rev it like a spode to redline when its cold, just to show off...🤭🤨and then wonder why pistons and bottom ends never last...dar har har. Not you , many others at the track...🤪
Awesome work!
both cylingers should have their own expansion chambers / exhausts
What did he do to the flywheel? Turned it down to loose weight?
Two expansion chambers for the exhaust this is awesome my man
Beautiful work!
solid na solid mas maganda kapag twin tune pipe para 2 stroke talaga tunog. btw do what you love solid ng gawa mo. more of these content please.
you're really great, keep up the good work!
❤ muito bom ☺️
That’s so nice!!! I’d definitely buy that
Sounds 👌 Twin spannies next 👍 Clever guy 👏👏
Oh man…. Great job!!! 🇧🇷
Awesome job buddy... As someone else already stated. An expansion chamber exhaust would really wake this thing up.
Excelente trabalho
You should have gone with twin expansion chambers and it would have crazy power band!
Awesome build!!!
Damn, crazy man 😁
Insane production quality
You need a little more back pressure so that it can use expansion chamber to sonically scavenge all the exhaust out of the cylinders that's when it starts to break up when you get to the high RPMs
Fantastic work ....... however the external oil seals appear a bit on the loose side ?
красавчик руки из нужного места !!!
Уж да скилл у парня огромный пилить ножовкой по металлу , я даже обычный болт когда пилю и то косо получается , а тут считай блок поперек повненько отпил 🤔
I too believe two pipes would give better prestanda! Expansion chamber on each also seems great!
Ok ! You got MAD Machining Skills !! 💀🏴☠️🏴☠️🏴☠️🏴☠️ Rrrrrrrrrrr--R !! R !
Would be a good challenge for you to try making a 3 crank triangle layout engine with opposed pistons and no cylinder heads like a Napier Deltic engine
Are you high?
WOW, you always build something Awesome. Great work bro.👌👍🤘🔥🔥🔥🔥🔥👌
this is impressive. A real work of art. make a 4 cylinder one next vid;)
Had similar Minibike back in 2008-9, they are fun. Think my model was 14x paid back then 230€ new. It was a nice little thing. Had done bunch of stuff to it. Cyl, Intake, Carb, Clutch, Expansion Exhaust Pipe, Airfilter, Sprocket, adjustable jet, Metall pull-starter. did 70Kmh on GPS with my 85kg on it. Added more strength to frame in the back, Welded a vertical metall bar, from swing up under the seat.
A deathtrap 😂
@@socialist_elmoif you think that’s a death trap, look up blata pocket bikes

I’d like to see something really weird like a radial engine in a motorbike
As a radial engine lover myself, i second this idea
The dude just fed that smol moto with one barrel of steroids lol
Superb work :D! I think the weakest link is the clutch not being able to put down the incredible power now, haha ;D!
Right side cylinder, exhaust port does not fully open. Great job regardless
I was blown away when he busted out the back saw. if he puts a huge rear sprocket on it will probably do a hundred mph
The police are going to love you !
Faaak da police braderr.
Wow great job sounds very good
Well, I'm blown away by this gentleman's creativity. This isn't his 1st build. I enjoy watching how things are made in other foreign countries around the world. Apparently, you dont need a state of the art work shop. The editing skills are just as sweet. Nice work 👍 👍
What type of pulser coil did you use? I would really appreciate it
Did you modify your flywheel to make the pulser work ?i want to convert mine to pulser too
This man is talented and clever.
Now! Put a regular CVT on that. so it can show its full power! 🎉😊 i love your works! i am always watching your video! From Philippines! 🫰😁 P.S. I also want to see a four cylinder pocket bike! i would love it! 🤩😊
