Here's an idea for a passcode mechanism on the off-chance you see it: Since skulk sensors send out different signal strengths for different actions (iirc), perhaps a passcode where you input a sequence of actions? Waterlogged sensors so people sneakin around can't tell, of course.

Mumbo id love to see an underwater bunker made completely submerged and using conduits. I think that's be a challenging bunker to make as undersea Redstone with submerged rails, minecarts, detector rails, and more seem like unexplored mechanics

That seriously brought back so many memories of me watching your videos for so long. Every Redstone contraption in there is noisy. However there isn't much you can do about that. Also it's the first time I've seen someone mention to pick up the torch from the torch key. I always thought that was a security flaw.
Name a more iconic pairing than overly complex, hidden, and secure bunkers and single player Minecraft worlds.

Awesome build, Mumbo. I think a key returning system would be good to keep the redstone torches from sticking around or despawning. I love the mud bricks, as well. I use them with jungle wood and deepslate for my village builds. Btw, here's a video idea: I just watched a video Grian put out 5 years ago, "101 Minecraft Build Hacks," and I think it would be funny if you did an update to his video. Lol Everyone misses you on Hermitcraft, especially Grian, so this might be a nice nod to him if a very funny way.

At 8:56 we can observe one of the villagers standing outside of his cell, while Mumbo is threatening him with a sword. After a quick cut, the sword is gone and the villager is back in his cell. He is now wearing an eyepatch. This is just one of the many examples of the subtle storytelling in mr. Jumbos bunker series. Bravo Mumbo!

That storage system is awesome! Wasn't sure at first whether moveable barrels would make a difference, but especially with the label blocks moving with it, they definitely do! Thanks for the inspiration Mumbo!

This might be a interesting project for when the new Hermitcraft season arrives, a mega bunker that has all the farms and stuff and is completely hidden, perhaps even on several levels, and all the way on top would be a small base that has just a few necessities for any hermit, to make them believe that's all you have when they visit.

That base was so cool!! The flawless speedy stair opening and closing made my head spin Maybe for your next bunker you can incorporate a bedtime alarm? A lamp that lights up the instant you can sleep, with noteblock chimes for nighttime and daytime. You just use a dropper with 64+19 crud in there and two comparators and a daylight sensor. I have it in my base and I am so spoiled

Mumbo should make a bunker series and add to the bunker every episode, get ideas from the comments and keep expanding it, I feel like that would be a pretty fun little series idea.
I'd love to see you try and replicate one of your builds in Bedrock Edition! It's honestly quite challenging not having the good ol' redstone quasi-connectivity and would be really educational for players like myself to see how you'd work around the limitations it imposes.

Redstone on bedrock at least in my experience is not that hard. Of course, there are some workarounds that are needed, but if you have played bedrock for a while then it's not that hard. You can still make the same 15x15 doors with some tuning to the redstone.

An interesting idea for a hidden staircase would be one similar to this, but it keeps a space above the grass blocks to ensure they never turn to dirt and temporarily give away the base

This made me think of your bunker within a bunker within a bunker video and a neat combination lock that is really hidden might be using skulk sensors so you have to make noise in one area and then be quiet in another area and you do that correctly to open another door
I love the storage idea. You can go up to a 12 blocks for pistons so actually you can make it bigger and as wide as you like. Certainly useful to prevent grian from stealing any valuables..... just hide the activator
