I also wonder if there is a Titan in the Polar regions of the earth in the Monsterverse that could reverse the melting of the polar ice caps since we know in this universe the Titans have actively restored most of the Earth's nature due to the radiation they produce minus King Ghidorah who we know never originated on Earth
Doug is the name of the chonky lizard that was shown in the Hollow Earth in Godzilla vs Kong. It was seen eating a crab creauture.

Rodan eating the pilot is particularly horrifying to me, because it demonstrates that he is 100% aware of what he's doing, he knew the jet wasn't the thing to eat, but the person who ejected out of it. And he doesn't even need to eat he's just killin.

I love these deep dives because they make me appreciate the movies much more. On first eatch through I was just like "Oh yeah, that was a cool movie" but after watching these videos we see how deep and respectful this movie series is.

I love the combination of mythos and lore made for this movie, the homages and call backs to the Godzilla franchise. I only wished Rodan had joined Godzilla and Mothra in the fight but I love this movie so much. So much detail. After we have our fun with GodzillaxKong, can we go back to detailed movies of this scale for the MonsterVerse?

The Hollow Earth "Monster Hunters" Though its a Stretch Could be a Small Reference to the Monster Hunter Series of Games? For those that Dont know in the Series you go around Hunting Monsters (obviously) That can be Really small to the Size of a Kaiju.

I hope for future monsterverse movies, we get less human involvement. Like, in every movie so far, Godzilla almost loses but income the humans to give an assist. How is he supposed to be THE Alpha if he needs a rescue each time? (Not counting the graphic novels, mainly just the movies).
My favorite part of this movie was, there was a website where you can track Godzilla's movements on google earth, and you'll see that he was approaching Ghidorah in Antarctica

Two attentions to details I really loved about this movie. The Yellowstone wolves' article and referencing Orochi. Orochi being the inspiration for Ghidorah and the Yellowstone wolves being a reference to balance; what Godzilla represents in this universe. What Legendary should do is have a movie that takes place before Kong Skull Island and have a titan fight scene between Orochi and Ghidorah. But wasn't the line "long live the King also a reference to game of thrones since that actor was in it? Also, anyone else noticed the look on Godzilla ready to fight and pissed off when Rodan approached him only for Rodan to kneel then Godzilla was fine?

ERROR: The volcano WAS going to be based in the Volcan de Fuego near Antigua, Guatemala. But ended up being based in real life's Popocatepetl just outside Mexico City, as they filmed there. It's literally the same silhouette!!! Sources? I know people in both crews: the Guatemalan one which scouted in Antigua for Legendary Pictures during pre production and the Mexican one which filmed the actual sequence. Also, just google photos of Popocatepetl and put them beside the volcano of this scene.
