      @danlp6402@danlp640213 күн бұрын
    • It would appear to be more modern if the light was defused instead of having individual elements. Not sure what's going on there if it's optical fiber carrying the light or if they are individual LED's.(comments are focused on the door panel.) But, it is a bit overdone with the star effect in the headliner and on the door panels. Gotta give props to whoever did all the work. I doubt it was something that was just a quick and easy process.

  • Your wastegate spring is not going to determine the max boost youre running. It will determine the crack pressure for the wastegate. Remember the car uses a boost solenoid to divert boost pressure away from the wastegate so it can run MORE boost than what the spring allows, but never LESS. Did you actually check the crack pressure of the OEM wastegates? Are you logging requested boost and actual boost when testing it? Different cracking pressure (different spring) than stock will make boost control go crazy and cause huge PID corrections and throttle closures over a certain threshold on these ECUs. Check the actual pressure where OEM wastegates crack open and thats what you want your TurboSmart wastegates to start opening. Not more, not less. You definitely dont want to be tuning these without good logs...

      @KevinPritts@KevinPritts13 күн бұрын
    • @@KevinPritts measuring something as simple as the bore of a schedule tube or ID of a pipe is not subjective in the slightest. They are produced in standard sizes. Manufacturing variations are irrelevant compared to a change of stock size. Smaller pipe is significantly more restrictive due to the boundary layer effects and reduced CSA. That's Engineering.

  • Interesting channel. I am subscribed. Regarding your company logo Royalty... The Symbol of the winged lion should take the place of the "A" and not the "O". The shape of the winged lion is that of a triangle/pyramid/A and by positioning this in the place of the A, centers the winged lion. Visually, the current logo looks more like RAYALTY thanks to the winged lion's A shape in the O position. By moving this to the position of the letter A, the logo will look more like it should, ROYALTY. You will then have a beautifully balanced logo. I should have told you this years ago when I didn't know you and you didn't know me.

  • I so tired or hearing this myth. Cars do not need back pressure to make power. They need exhaust scavenging to make power. When you remove a vars exhaust or make it shorter, the resonance frequency for the exhaust pulses will be at a different frequency from stock, changing the torque curve. Many more knowledgeable people like Gale Banks and Richard Holdener can explain this in more detail.

    @lspoweredcouch1549@lspoweredcouch154913 күн бұрын
    • Yes, 4 stroke engine just wants to breath out. And with those 16 cylinders on full chat, you are having pulses coming all the time. Exhaust is there only to get those out before the next ones.
