    • It’s good to see real boxing fans who have been watching as long as u have, give there honest and true opinion and give respect where it’s due. Because I’ll be honest, I’m 34 and I grew up watching Floyd and I honestly didn’t like him and throughout his career he literally earned my respect because of his out of this world skill and dedication to the sport! And I hate that he gets so much hate and not even recognition! Wether u hate him or love him u NEED to give him his respect! For example, I hate Tom Brady BUT there’s no denying his greatness and the fact he is one of the best/if not the best QB to EVER play the game! That’s just facts!

      @tvgebt7869@tvgebt78696 жыл бұрын
    • OMG, who in the world ever ducked Floyd? Are you insane? Almost everyone begged to fight him. He's the biggest duck in the past 20 years + in boxing. How does a guy have 50 wins, and only a 3-4 of them live opponents who were elite? Mosley was completely shot, Oscar was washed up, both guys 8 years past their primes and already had lost SEVERAL times before Floyd beat them, and Oscar he barely beat! He won by a single round on one judges card, it was that close to a draw! But Floyd had no problem facing a bigger Conner. GGG is a smaller MW too, only 1.5 inches taller than Floyd and both have similar frames actually. But Floyd wouldn't dare step into the ring with a guy who's prime and elite. After Castillo beat him and he avenged that loss in their 2nd fight, Floyd stayed away from legit threats the resst of his career! Proof in point, before Conner, Floyd opted instead of facing GGG at 150lbs (same weight as conner), he chose to fight Andre BERTO!!!! A guy who lost his last 3 of 4 fights! That's the guy Floyd, the so called p4p #1 and TBE fights!?? WTF is that? Then of course the fight with Conner, while you have a much better version of Canelo right there for the taking, much less GGG. I can't believe some of you fans fall for Floyd's manipulated resume. Born to box, that's why Oscar and GGG have 10x better amateur records and one had a gold and other silver in the olympics compared to Floyds bronze lol. Only difference between Floyd and other champs who have lost, they didn't duck their main opposition or wait until someone else beat them first.

If he decided to go to trial, Gatti threatened to pull out and find a new opponent. This forced him to take the plea and admit to something that he felt he didn’t do. • @@junebug231985 The only one caught and publicly acknowledged it was Shane. People inside the sport say that Floyd has had several dirty tests but that USADA covers for him. There's no way for me to verify that but there are reasons to believe it. This is a serious issue so I only say things that I know to be true. If I speculate I mention that I'm speculating, most don't bother. I don't want to slander anyone because it's a terrible thing to ruin a reputation, it's among the worst thing we can do to each other. I know some things about Floyd that he hides from his fans. There are 2 videos that anyone can access, one of those is about one minute in length. In that video Floyd is in his dressing room ready to go into the ring. Before he leaves, he nods at one of his assistants, the guy pulls a small bottle from his pocket, Floyd bends and takes a snort from the bottle. Floyd goes to another guy, that guy pulls a different bottle out and Floyd takes a snort from that. When he enters the ring there's always a large towel hanging in his corner. He blows his nose into the towel, cleaning out whatever is left over from a couple of snorts. Nobody can deny this, it's there for all to see. There's a 2nd video showing Floyd before another fight. He's in his dressing room, they're calling him to the ring, but he doesn't leave. They play his music but Floyd still won't go. His assistants are getting nervous, looking down at the floor because they're uncomfortable, but Floyd isn't going anywhere. You can hear the ring announcers talking about it, but Floyd won't go because he can't go. The problem is that Floyd can't fight without his nose candy but he can't take his double snort because Al Haymon is in the dressing room and won't leave. Apparently Floyd doesn't snort dope in front of Al. Something has to happen, Floyd turns his back to Haymon and gets his double snort, Al was just leaving the room about then, Floyd can finally go to the ring. This is seen in 2 separate videos before 2 separate fights. It appears likely that Floyd does this before every fight. So Floyd cheats, but for me this has a different meaning. Many years ago Floyd boldly announced that he was going to ' clean up' the sport. As part of the effort he hired USADA to do all of the drug testing for all fighters. Sounds good so far, but the truth is far different then Floyd's sharing with us. Floyd has taken it upon himself to pay for the testing, and he pays USADA about triple the amount that the closest rival VADA charges. Why does Floyd pay triple from his own pocket when VADA is available for 1/3 the price? VADA also has the only fool proof test that can't be bypassed with trickery. So VADA has a more effective test and they catch cheaters, USADA has never caught anyone, they don't have the test available that VADA uses, yet Floyd willingly pays triple from his own pocket. These things are common knowledge among the people inside the sport, and the claim that Floyd has failed several tests but USADA covers for him is also known among insiders. It makes a lot of sense if you know what I just shared about USADA. Floyd would gladly pay triple to protect his reputation and USADA gladly takes triple the normal rate to hide dirty tests. This explains why Floyd announced he would clean up the sport. He had to be certain that USADA was the testing entity used instead of Vada because Floyd couldn't pass the test that VADA has. He made the big announcement about cleaning up the sport as a way to hire USADA without arousing suspicion. Since he made the statement re: cleaning up boxing nobody thought twice about it when Floyd took the lead to use USADA exclusively. If he hadn't done that and VADA was used for all testing, Floyd would have been screwed. He paid whatever amount necessary to make sure that VADA was left out in the cold. So Floyd is thought of by his fans as Mr. clean and Floyd still talks about how he cleaned up the sport. Here's the problem I have. When it became clear that Floyd was going to have to fight Pacquiao due to Pacquiao's rise to the top of the sport, just at that time the first rumors began to surface about Pacquiao. It wasn't long before Floyd took the lead publicly accusing Pacquiao of drug usage. Pacquiao first arrived on these shores in June of 2001. For the next 7 years he beat the best fighters in his division time after time. It would have been laughable if anyone accused him of using drugs during those 7 years, and nobody did. Fast forward to 2008, the first whispers of a Pac vs Floyd fight were heard, and the first accusations of drug usage were heard about the same time. It doesn't take a genius to see the connection and to deduce the reasons for starting the rumors. Most boxing fans will tell you that Floyd carefully cherry picked his way thru the years. His record is a bit of a sham if you look at it carefully. Then talk about Floyd fighting Pacquiao began to build. The 2 best, everyone wanted to see it, so how was Floyd going to get out of this mess? He couldn't cherry pick his way around fighting Pacquiao, the entire boxing world was watching and waiting. Floyd didn't want to fight Pacquiao however, he saw what Pac was doing to guys bigger than he was, and Floyd knew he could easily lose his coveted unbeaten status if he fought Pacquiao. What could Floyd do to avoid the fight and save face at the same time? Start accusing Pac of using drugs. Floyd had 2 allies to help, his father and Roger routinely mentioned Pacquiao and drugs in the same sentence every chance they got. Floyd wasn't ready when Pacquiao's attorney filed a defamation lawsuit against him. Nothing much happened for awhile, then out of nowhere came a huge offer to settle out of court. Floyd offered 20 million$ to settle, more than the attorneys expected. Why did Floyd make such a large offer and why so suddenly? Floyd discovered that Pac's attorneys petitioned the court to have Floyd's drug testing records released. Floyd nearly dirtied his shorts. The settlement took place, as part of it Floyd, his father and Roger had to agree to never publicly accuse Pac again. When you know these things you can begin to understand why Floyd hates Pacquiao so much. Pacquiao did nothing to hurt Floyd, he took over the top spot on the p4p list when Floyd retired and that crushed Floyd's ego. Then it cost Floyd a cool 20 million$ for lying and slandering Pacquiao. These things resulted in Floyd hating Pacquiao but Pacquiao did nothing to cause his hatred. It doesn't matter to Floyd however, he uses every chance he gets to belittle Pacquiao even to this day. After making Pacquiao nearly lose his mind over the accusations and the resulting storm by the media, and claiming it was Pacquiao that kept the fight from happening for 6 years, Pacquiao couldn't breathe without being hounded about the fight. He must have said 500 times that he would fight Floyd at any time but they continued asking him until Pacquiao wanted to vomit already. All of this and the truth was that Floyd was using drugs and Floyd was scared of Pacquiao. Manny wouldn't fight back against the slander no matter how bad it got so it infuriated me for all of those years that Floyd told lie after lie about Pacquiao. Pac has a strong character, he's kind and generous and never brags about his accomplishments, yet he had to unfairly withstand the accusations and suspicions of some for 6 long years because Floyd slandered him and was afraid to fight him. That's the issue I have with Floyd. He boasts like nobody has ever done before and the whole time he's using drugs, lying about his main rival, demanding to be called the GOAT and in general he's just a bad actor all the way around.

Not one time did Mosley throw the left jab with overhand right in the 3rd round, and that was the 2 punch combo that was landing like 80% of the time in the 2nd . I believe if he would’ve came out, aggressive in the third round he might’ve gotten Mayweather out of there, but mosley gassed out in the second round n that’s why it was so hard for Mosley to really do anything to Mayweathers. He didn’t throw it to punch combo again until the fifth round. That’s crazy..
