EA needs to hire Carl. Not only has he been able to fix (or at least greatly improve the problems) a few of the buggiest packs, but he's then made them BETTER.

I feel like working for them would restrain him like crazy. A few modders are already working at EA, and I haven’t really seen any improvements in terms of performance or gameplay, just visuals
truth be told, EA hires modders now and then for the sole purpose of shooting down actual game-fixing mods (bc their contract prohibits them from working on mods while employed)
I don’t think EA is good enough for Carl. He deserves better. They wouldn’t treat him well.
I would love to see a Bigwallet crystal playthrough. Sandalwood could be perfect for it, he has the right look for a crystal person, and he already has a connection to the moon as a werewolf

You could also add to the chaos by giving them 8 different jobs and starting them off with no money no house.
YES! The jobs could be a part of they challenge as well like get to level 10 of each career, and I think one would NEED to do the Batuu aspiration lol there is a lot of potential here lol

Poor thing slept in a bassinet until he was a Teen, and I will never let that be be forgotten, hahaha! That's why he was on point in HS and Uni, being so determined to mark his mark on the world and all.

There are Mods from LittleMsSam in Cursed Forge that are titled Improved Practical Magic. One adds Scrubberoo to toddlers and pets, and another adds the spell Upgradios -which instant Upgrades anything to max. She is a great Modder, I use so many of her mods.
omg wait you can't scruberoo toddlers normally?? i think i grabbed that mod and completely forgot about it lol (i have so many qol mods im not surprised im forgetting what normal gameplay looks like XD)
She also has a small mod entitled No Sick, Dirty, Sad and Hungry Cats & Dogs (NPCs). Pretty sure I have it on Curse Forge, too. She is awesome!
Littlemssam is honestly a lifesaver. I can't play without her mods anymore.
I enjoyed this short play-challenge. We need more of these chaotic scenarios, it’s hilarious to watch the disarray. The glitched fox had me laughing way harder than necessary.

I think the lag is caused by the green environment, the aurora borealis. When you first played the cottage living series, you used to cheat the eco footprint back to neutral every time because it resolved the lag.

@@ramboturkey1926 I only experience lag on a tiny home that has plants if it's a micro home. For some reason, the lag goes away when I expand the home to 64 tiles. Trying different things clears it up for me.

Anything Eco Lifestyle related caused major lag in my game so it could be! (I had to uninstall that pack in the end).

I’ve been on a James Turner binge here lately and have went back and started watching all of his big wallet stuff. I’m currently half way through watching Dine Out Rags to Riches 😂😂 I discovered James a few years ago and haven’t watched any of his older stuff until recently.
I started watching James during his Island Living LP and have been catching up on the older Bigwallets' series too! In the middle of Get Famous now! Happy bingeing ;)
I started watching his stuff after growing together dropped, but it wasnt until his rent to riches lp that i decided to finally go back to the beginning of the bigwallet family and see all the wackiness for myself lol. i felt like i was missing a lot of history and looking at that family tree he's got made me insanely curious. im near the end of lady bigwallet's art emporium era, i think (havent really checked the full playlist), so i still have a long ways to go!

Good job James for playing with the secret lot challenge, “lag”, enabled!
The moodlet solver does remove negative moodlets. I'm doing 100 baby and at a certain point, a lot of Sims start dying and my Sims keep getting sad. I use Mom's satisfaction points to buy moodlet solvers for all the kids and teens (sadly toddlers can't drink it). It removes the mourning moodlet and any other negative moodlets they might have. Also when the teens come home from school ready to age up but they're enraged or mortified or hysterical (Parenthood mood swings), again, moodlet solvers to save the day before i have them blow out the candles XD
It won’t remove the dazed moodlet for ‘starting to burn out’ but it will remove actual burn out!

Could always give Deli's challenge a try. Maybe add some extra rules and restrictions for yourself to make it a bit more difficult.
I bet being a Green neighborhood is what was causing the lag issues! The amount of sunbeams sometimes goes out of control, like the Aurora effect, and that was what lagged your game down during the Bigwallet Legacy in Growing Together.

Loved this little mini series! If you want to do more mini series, would you consider doing a Sims 2 one? I would love to see you play ts2 again, I still rewatch those old videos from time to time. Doesn’t matter if it’s some kind of challenge or just casual playing. Sims 2 is just another level of chaos😆

I kind of like Delis challenge, maybe modify it a bit, like put different rental rooms on property and do each sim have do an aspiration or something and build up their house. Or spin a wheel and that’s how you get to make money and maybe you only have one week in sim for each to finish it. Maybe use past Bigwallets that didn’t necessarily get their moment to shine. Or you can try different money making mods to test those out. Basically your own version of the Tiny House community Deli is doing, because I absolutely love her idea and I think there are so many ways to do it differently and with other challenges and goals. So make it more to your speed.
I would cry happy tears if you and Dr. Gluon did more of the dine-out series!

Congrats!! I loved this series, the short challenge series can get so zany and fun. And I absolutely loved that you fixed up the place at the end, it felt like such a nice closure to the challenge. And thanks for shouting out Carl's work, he makes such fantastic mods. I use the color changing one, it really can help tweak colors to bring together a place.

You should do a ‘Yes’ challenge like the movie Yes man 😂 where you make loads of friends, have to have a job and aspiration that you have to complete but every time someone rings you and invites you somewhere you always have to say yes 😂 I know this would be difficult for you because you always say no 😂😂😂
Have you heard of the apocalypse challenge? I think you would enjoy something like that where you have each sim complete a job or aspiration and each time you remove a lot challenge. Other made up challenges include not being able to use other lots to sleep or shower until a career is complete; not being able to travel out of the immediate neighborhood until a career is complete, only allowing a 10x10 building until a career is complete, etc. It’s a very hard challenge. One of the rules is if you miss a day of work you have to quit the job and that sim can’t complete that job.

I learnt about the alien party event on a KZhead short. I've never actually done it but it's such a random idea. I love that there's always something to discover in the Sims even if you've been playing it for years
Adapt Delgracy's tiny town Challenge, Make it extreme with 10 Sims and have 1 episode per sim. they start at absolutely nothing, not even tents or peepee bush. Just a plot of land and each Sims will contribute something be it landscape, a pond or anything in their little town. So in the end, they will have a thriving and bustling town.
Nooooo its over😢 Sad to see the series end, but it was an amazing watch! You should move this house and household to your rahs to riches save!

The robot has to be upgraded with the “mold buster” upgrade in order to clean mold.
So sad that this is the last episode. How about doing this challenge again but with a different occult this time, since being a spellcaster made it easy. I think doing this challenge as a vampire or werewolf will be harder. Maybe we can bring back Brody or Sandalwood for this challenge! I love this Every Lot Challenge series, it's always so entertaining!

Carl's Dine Out mod is honestly the best. I finished a "Bar/bowling to riches" challenge a little while ago using the updated mod, and it was super fun. It wasn't really much of a challenge since i gave my sim the bowling alley bar to start out with, but my sim made a million quickly. It would have been sooner, but I was testing different things out. It's better to keep entertainment simple and not have too many options to give the sims because they glitche when given too many options. Also, if you use MCCC and want more sims on a single lot at once, it will make the game glitche and affect your ratings if you choose like over 30 or 40 sims on a single lot. Bigger venues can also make sims more indecisive. It's truly a great mod. I enjoy running a restaurant with 1 sims and maybe a waiter. Carl added the option to "end event" when your sim is playing as the cook, so you can easily run back and forth between the front of the house and the kitchen to greet tables and cook for them. My new sims start with no skills and quickly learn mixology and gourmet cooking skills in no time. Just start your menu off with "1/5" level items and then change it as your skills improve. If your sim isn't making enough money from the restaurant, then turn on delivery. This is very useful for small venues that can only fit 3 tables or so. Like in the real world, a restaurant offering delivery will make a decent profit from delivery platforms. I think I'll try only doing delivery and takeout in my next gameplay 🤔. But, I'll still need 1 table for it to qualify as a restaurant... maybe it will be fun 😁
In my experience, the moodlet solver didn't remove Dazed, but it did remove Burnout.
It would be fun to see how your gameplay would contrast to Deli’s in her Tiny Town challenge!

Did you watch his first Every Lot Challenge? His wife went to uni, and the kids all graduated from HS, if I recall. He really played it out. But yeah, I would watch them all have grandkids if he wanted to play that long. 😄

This challenge was an absolute riot and I loved every moment of it! I really want to try to decorate the house myself so I'm happy you're gonna put it on the Gallery. Would be a fun one off video to see you do a full no budget, no pack limit renovation of it! As far as new challenges moving forward once Deli is done with hers, I think it'd be really fun to see you play her new Tiny Town challenge! Maybe your villagers could be Semaj and other Simmers as a twist: Dr. Gluon in the purple or red place, Vixella in the pink one, etc.
Mini series ideas- crystal creations with a different branch of the bigwallet family. Another scenario. I would be interested in some build content. There are do many different lot types now it would be interesting to revisit some.
I absolutely love this series, so sad to see it ending. I do have an idea for another series though. The biggest loser. It´s kind of the opposite of the super sim challenge. You can´t accomplish any aspirations, but you have to achieve bad emperti, bad manners, bad resposibility and so on. You have to be the worst in school at all times, see if you can even get kicked out of high school. Similarly with university. If you get a partner they have to end up breaking up with you. The ultimate loser in life. I would absolutely love to see that. Much love.
