Theo's podcast is so good because it feels like he has someone on he actually wants to talk with and about, and it never feels like a coldly calculated fame grab. He also has a truly fantastic way of easing guests in and matching their rhythm. I just love what he does, and Shane is such a fantastic guest and guy.
