    • Bhai rehne do Har ekk protein same nhi hota Soya protein is very very hard for our body to digest and absorb and only a small amount the soya protein you consumed is used by your body and rest is excreted out. Apart from that it is not a complete source of protein and can cause digestive issues. Milk snd whey protein is eay to avsorb by the body. So if you cannot afford whey then take milk and eggs for protein.😮😅
