I am walking daily 1 hour at 5:00am in morning....by only morning walk i burn around 220 cals then again I walk during office lunch time and burn 100 cals there and post my office when I reach home I take 30-60 mins rest and go to the gym for weight training after weight training i return home have my dinner and protein and then again walk for 30-40 mins atleast....so by only walking daily I am burning around 350-400 cals daily and not to forget about cals that is burning after my weight training this is helping me alot and I have lost 1 kg in 8-9 days 😊
