    • Milk powder consist of 70% casein and 30% whey. Whey is fast absorbing while casein is slow. Try consuming 1 scoop (30g) of milk powder and check if it causes digestive issue. Best time is before bed time as casein works better when resting for long duration.

    • Don't believe anyone's advise like that blindly. The quality of milk powder is poor contains lot of chemicals. U can buy lot of natural sources of protien like eggs, moong daal etc. And if u think u need protein powder than do some job like tuition or something so that you can earn at least 5000 rs to finance good quality whey protein.     • Sir, I have one doubt. Protein per 100 gm of milk is 3.4gm. so in 1 kg milk, we have 34gm protein. 1 kg of skimmed milk powder is equivalent to 5.25 litres of milk(it is written in their packs), thus it should contain 5.25×34= 178.5 gm of protein. But in milk powder packs of 1 kg it is written to have 350 gm protein. Sir please explain how the protein content is doubled in skimmed milk powder🙏.

    • @@PehleHealth yes sir, I think as also shown in google that 1 kg milk powder is equivalent to 10kg of milk which fits the nutrient profile mentioned in the packets perfectly but when we are adding water to make milk agail that time it should be 5.25 litres to get milk of good consistency and this is what the company wanted to convey that the 1kg milk powder can make 5.25 of milk but the powder may itself is made up of 10 litres of skimmed milk.

  • Bhai 100 g milk powder (28-30g)laina hauga that means 500 rs for 10 days 1500rs for 30 days and just adding 200 rs you can get a good tasting protein powder

  • Bhai aapne video to achi banayi, finding a complete source of protein in a budget friendly way But - mai agar ek thik thaak company like patanjali ka milk protein lu to it will cost me around 470rs per kg, aur agar protien content dekhu to it is 26gms/100g (matlab 26% protein per 100g), so by that math whey k protein level pe aane k liye per day mujhe 3 scoop of 33gms Lena padega milk powder ka and a 1kg pack will last for approx 10 days for me, so by that calculation 3 one kg packs per month mujhe lagenge, matlab 470x3 = 1410rs kharch karne padenge every month behind milk powder. Bhai almost 100-200 extra deke mujhe raw whey mil jaega wo bhi achi companies like muscle blaze and as it is around 1500-1600 me (discount lagake jo all year round milta rehta hai, in order to promote products) mil jaega. Plus ek added disadvantage ye hai ki isme bhar bhar k lactose hai, jo ki ek aise insan ko nahi sahi hoga Jo lactose intolerant hai. To please sir information har side se dijiye properly, i am not saying you are incorrect but aise comparison content pe videos banayeye naaki shorts taaki aap complete info de paaye apni audience ko thoda samay leke.   • What about the sugar and cholesterol? 100g of milk powder contains 40g of sugar which is a full day requirement of a adult. If we will get 40g sugar directly from milk powder, then what about other things which we will eat in whole day. Definitely, our sugar intake will be higher than the required.   • Milk powder meh jo 52g carbs hai… usmeh Sugar kitna hai bhai? Sugar will be 42gram sugar… sugar comes under Carbs. Carbs as fibers is good for health n not sugar. Unke alawa maltodextrin & milk solids and artificial sugars n preservatives k bare meh toh bataya bhi nahi… Please stop fooling your people and stop ruining their health. Please go for proper whey protein if you can afford or take you protein from right source of protein rich food

    • @@kishankool meaning 18g is added and 28 g is natural (lactose). you're probably looking at sweetened milk powder and i think it will not have more than 20% protein. Go for unsweetened one that has 35% protein. You're taking it for protein. right? Also, you shouldn't worry about sugar content as long as you're diet consists of whole foods mainly, you're not going overboard with calories and you're active. make your choice accordingly.
