Yes. Dimash- so the story goes - was asked exactly those questions. Are you a Baritone or Tenor or a Counter tenor or a Sopranist and he answered; "Yes." And now we can also add Bass. Years of Operatic training ( to project your voice without a microphone to the far corners of theatres ) is what explains the volume and how he uses microphones. The stunning thing is how he retains volume and smooth steady intentional production of vibrato right at the top. You' ll notice he kept touching his inner ear monitors through out the performance. He was trying to alert the sound tech that they weren't working, but he sailed through the performance in that large arena perfectly, without. 👍

He had a solo concert in Almaty last 23rd of this month and he had a performance where theres a quartet Dimash. 😁😁Dimash in white was tenor, Dimash in black was baritone, Dimash in red was soprano and Dimash in sparkly bluish no sleeve shirt was singing live. The other 3 Dimash were the hologram. There singing quartet in his new spanish song. No MV is out yet of this song. It sounds like a beautiful song but the sound from fancam was not very clear. Cant wait to hear this one. However, he has a new MV song just came out and its about war, peace,love, death and rebirth of humanity united in one sky. That was a fun reaction! What you said about not classifying Dimash makes sense. He has so much control through several classifications that he is a virtuoso in them all. This composition by Igor (pron. ee-gor) was written specifically for Dimash. Otherwise, you would imagine this would be a duet with a male and female. It is hard to comprehend how much practice he has put in to be this masterful!

Igor Kruytoy composed this for Dimash along with several other songs. As a matter of fact, Igor retired and returned to writing music just for Dimash after attending one of his performances. He also collaborated with Lara Fabian on a song for Dimash, I believe it was the song Your Love, but I am not 100% sure. Igor Krutoy also wrote the music for Stranger. Another masterpiece for Dimash.

Dimash was Classically trained. From what I understand Classical singers are trained to sing to an audience without a microphone. Starting off with that classical style he would not have to be super close to the mic. I just heard something like that from a reaction video from the Charismatic Voice channel. She did quite a few reactions on Dimash and calls it as she sees it. Other than that, really enjoy your reactions.

I can tell from reactor to reactor which uses a better quality mic. However, my untrained ear can only discern better quality and as in all things, there are top of the line mics. I am out of my comfort zone on that. Look forward to the system and mic tutelage.

Just in case you didn't know, Igor Krutoy had been retired for 25years bec he said that there just wasn't anyone that could challenge him...after his mom saw Dimash sing, she told Igor that there's this incredible person she really wanted him to see... Igor went to the show you did of "Sinful Passion" Greshnya Strast I think I probably spelled it wrong but, in the end of the performance, you can see Igor standing in the white shirt and he came out of retirement just to work with Dimash! Igor is a very famous Russian composer... And they simply "make magic" together 😉💯
