  • No he didn’t win The Voice in China. he came runner up in a singing competition for professional, well known Chinese singers called The Singer in 2017. He was a complete unknown in China, the youngest performance ever and the first foreigner invited on the show. He was first up in the first episode and very nervous but his performance of SOS won him first place in that episode, shocked and amazed viewers and the other competitors, got 600 million views in China - he became an overnight sensation in China and his international career was launched. He is sn extraordinary talent. Enjoying your reactions to Dimash and hope to see more Dimash reactions

    • It also shut down the Chinese internet for awhile too. But Dimash became an overnight star. That was in 2017, now he is even more famous around the world with fanatic fans and sold out concerts everywhere. But, I know you know that Sue, as I have read many of your comments and were are both one of those fanatic fans and glad of it.

His 1st tv interview at home, he said, trying to be dignified, he and his Dad, exhausted, left immediately, went back to their hotel and crashed, unknowing. Next, morning their elevator door opened to security, police and a wall of screaming fans, he grabbed his father and yelled, something terrible has happened do you think we're safe ?? he's gesturing, Hands pulled them through to a car speeding off while it was explained. His Dad grinned saying what do you think of that son? He said, shaking his head like he was dazed and said I screamed, Stop the car ! You've got the wrong guy ! I'm a kid from Aktobe, I sang one song on tv ! Told it chuckling on local TV, looked down for a second up into the camera, I meant it. The audience burst out laughing, so did my whole family ! he looked around a minute, then grinned, so Dimash, everyone still gets tickled, his tv interview at home after he got famous.

    • U may know this, but yr comment was a bit mixed up at the beginning re How Dimash came to be known about. So this helps. At age 3,Dimash was taken to the main school of music, in Kazakhstan, because of his obvious connection to everything music. Parents were told he was pitch perfect. His range is now (2022) 7-8 octaves. At 5 he attended that school, he gained degrees in many genres, and received his Docorate of Music quite recently. His mum is an opera singer his dad is a singer too , and he is involved at a high level in the promotion of music in his country Kazakhstan. Dimash won many many prestigious competitions both for sining and instrumentals b4 being known of world wide. He plays 7 or 8 different instruments. He sings in 15 languages, actually think it is more now. And speaks 5 languages. He came to the attention of the organisor of the Chinese TV state singing competition called "The Singer" for established proffessional singers, he was INVITED to take part. This is the competition that brought him to the attention of the world, because the Chinese audiences just loved him, his singing and his humble genuine personality. It was his 1st time away from home no Chinese no English. This was 2017. No one knew who he was or what he could do apart from the organisor. He came 2nd (I do not believe that he could have won a Chinese State TV competition, where he was the 1st and only foreigner to take part. Think that has changed now.) The judges of the singers was the audience, made up of people who were all in the music industry in some way. So hope that clarifies things for u a bit. Enjoyed your responses and comments. Cheers

  • Mr. Kudaibergen use his own "Turkic Melismas." This is not middle-eastern style. He used "khoomei" singing technique in "Sinfull passion". You can hear it from the all Turan group (In 6 Independent Republic and a lot of autonomous republics and regions). Tuvan throat singing (Khoomei,xöömei in Tuvan) is one particular variant of overtone singing practiced by people in Turkic Tribes (one of them Tuva), Mongolia, Inner Mongolia and Siberia. Consequently, the source of "riffs and runs" is from his own culture. Dimash use the more modern version (for the last millennium) of these kind of Turkic vocal techniques named "makams" in "Know" and ""Hello". An epitome: kzhead.info/sun/pNxxmNageYyAbHA/bejne.html kzhead.info/sun/f8eHl7uQnquDa3A/bejne.html Some of the Dears says "Joqtaw" for this song's voice style, but I don't agree with them. "Joqtaw" is just a name for recited laments and poems for dead people by Kazakh women. *livingotherwise.com/2017/08/11/singing-back-steppe-kazakh-poetry-battles-contemporary-xinjiang/ This link is an Arab man's Sinfull Passion reaction: kzhead.info/sun/apSPlbGnnoaveIE/bejne.html Basic and clean. Arab Man said never heard it like this thing, because these are NOT Arab yodels. Music was a one of the "Big Sins" to arabs for long centuries. (Please just check about of "Cat Stevens' religious conversion". Or ask I-S-IS and Tale-e-ban, if you dare!) Also geographically, Any Turkic country is not in the middle east. Middle east is technically, south of Mediterranean between north of Sub-saharan. Turks are not from the middle east and Turkic blood is not middle eastern and not mixed it. Phonetically Turkic Languages doesn't share similar intonations with Arabic or Persian. The "Azan" facts: Azan (the Muslim call to ritual prayer, typically made by a muezzin from the minaret of a mosque) is recited with "15 different makams" just in Turkic countries. Mid-east countries were under the domination of Ottoman Empire more than 400 years. I think 400 years was enough for learned some music from us. arabs used just "Hicaz", "rast" and a few makams in their songs and "azans". Over four hundred makams exist in Turkish music; however the vast majority of these are no longer in use today. Though its roots are in Central Asia, a unique and advanced level of makam music is apparent in Turkic music, which spread throughout the Mediterranean basin. Music was never denied in Turkic states for religion stuffs. Anyway, For "Know" and "Hello" (and maybe next songs...): These "melismas" and "riffs" cames from old antic Turkic tribes and than Seljuks, Ottomans... These technique named "makam" or "mugam" and it is so hard. Dimash has studied "makams" with his vocal teacher Marat Aitimov for years. Makams are one of them the Dimash's secret weapons. • Thank you so much for your research and education for us and all the history of the people and places that seem so far from me here in Colorado USA. But through Dimash and his whole wide world of Dears we learn so much about each other. He unites us all, we are one big family of love and peace through him. He fills our hearts and our souls with peace and joy and hope, and he holds us in his heart, too. A heart so big and overflowing with love, we feel special and cared for and we care for each other. We have do much to learn and Dimash has reached out his hand and taken our hands and he pulls us up, up from our darkness, way up like the bird, so that we see our world more clearly, more beautifully from above! I will look for you and want to learn more. I am always in love with history, travel, friendships, music, art, cultures. Yes we are different: different cultures, different religions, different lands, different food, customs, beliefs...but still of one human mind, one human body, one human heart and a human soul of gold. More alike in the really important things like family, children, home and love. Big love! Thanks y'all Krista

  • Hello, I’m from Brazil! For those who like information about Dimas' songs: The story behind this song is very interesting: The band that accompanies Dimash is the same one that composed the song, without the singer who died after a heart attack! The band is also from Kazakhstan and this performance by Dimash revitalized the song. In addition, the final part he added, with an oriental technique. The song was originally performed in 1998 and the band's name is A'Studio (Russian-based Kazakhstani pop music group, "Alma-Ata Studio", city of Almaty). The dead singer (to whom Dimash was a fan) left the band in 2000 and passed away in 2015 and his name was Batyrkhan Shukenov. The lyrics are by the poet Ilia Reznik together with Baigaly Serkebayev, who is the keyboardist with long hair, which we see in the video accompanying Dimash.

  • 📌Welcome Dave! Who is Dimash Qudaibergen? (pronounced: Dee-mahsh Koo-deye-bear-ghen) Dimash Qudaibergen was born on May 24, 1994, in Aktobe, Kazakhstan into musical royalty. Height: 1.91m; 6' 3'. Grandfather played professional dombra, grandmother was a teacher and sings. His parents are Kanat Aitbayev and Svetlana Aitbayeva. Sveta studied classical singing, but is not an opera singer. Both have long been known and loved by the people of Kazakhstan, are Honored Music Artists of Kazakhstan. Listen: kzhead.info/sun/o5tqn9hprISQf4k/bejne.html According to Kazakh tradition, he was raised by his grandparents (Mama and Papa) and for a long time he kept his parents as his brother ans sister in law. They all live together in one house. Dimash said: “Open my heart, you will find music. If you open my brain you will find music. Music is my life." He has been training in music since he was 5 years old, has a perfect pitch. He is university-educated with degrees in piano, classical/opera, contemporary music, pop, and jazz with a major in vocal. Dimash also completed a Broadway musical masterclass and has completed his Master's with a concentration in Composition. He graduated with honors’. He has composed 12 of his own songs so far and is currently working on his doctorate in musicology.. We have to call him soon Doctor Dimash Qudaibergen. 😃 Dimash did not fit the traditional image of a singer in Kazakhstan and was criticized. Even his voice teacher forbade him to sing in falsetto ( Interview with his voice teacher - kzhead.info/sun/iZuhm8eDkHOkm58/bejne.html ) ... but he was not deterred, won many national and international competitions. In 2016, Dimash turned down the offer of the National Opera in Astana because he wanted to go his own way ... He created his own genre: neoclassical combined with classical, folklore and other styles such as pop, rock, R&B and jazz. We laypeople say 'Popera'. 😃 Dimash is independent and has full artistic control over himself. He founded his own company named Dimash Ali. In 2017, Dimash surprised everyone in China. He opened the eyes of his critical compatriots. Today Dimash is a 'cultural ambassador' for his country and a 'national treasure' (not an official title). He himself is a proud Kazakh and patriot. Dimash plays at least 7 instruments, traditional dombra is a must in his family. He speaks Kazakh (mother tongue) and Russian without accent (second language in Kazakhstan), is learning English and Mandarin. He says dancing and Mandarin are difficult for him. So far, he sings in 13 languages, trains his voice for 3 hours every day... but Dimash said: "You don't need to know how hard I've worked, you just need to enjoy the results". Experts consider Dimash to be a lyrical baritone with a typically long range. Dimash says of himself that he is a tenor. Some believe that he does not sing his high notes as a countertenor but as a natural soprano. He is the first singer to sing all 5 voices: bass, baritone, tenor, contralto, soprano. His current range is G0 - D8 (out of piano)! Video about his vocal range: kzhead.info/sun/atGoj7GCmXmJna8/bejne.html At least, that show us Dimash. 😃 Dimash's 'heavenly' vocal abilities, from bass to coloratura soprano, are not just limited to the tremendous range of over seven octaves and mixing of all musical genres, but it is the incredible command of his instrument, his voice and the emotional touch of people ... that brings us back again and again fascinates and surprises and again ... Such an assortment is a very rare gift and can only be achieved, maintained and perfected through tireless and never-ending training. Dimash cannot be pigeonholed. Dimash always wanted to be on stage. As a young boy (3ys), he would often sit in the audience at his parents' performances and run on stage when they bowed at the end, and he would do the same. In his childhood Dimash trained Taekwondo. He achieves his enormous lung capacity through targeted swimming and diving training, he dribbles very well with a soccer ball - kzhead.info/sun/ntiYnNOjhoyCiq8/bejne.html and even takes additional dance lessons for his Dears. Dimash's role models are Lara Fabian, Pavarotti, Igor Krutoy, Andrea Bocelli, Celin Dion, Queen and very important Michael Jackson. Dimash doesn't drink alcohol and of course he doesn't smoke, he doesn't drink ice drinks and he doesn't like socks. Hed love fire and water on stage, as a set of course. 🤣 A Dear gave him knee pads, but he says he's so deep into his songs that he doesn't feel any pain. 😃 Dimash looks good, is one of the 100 most beautiful men in the world and a model coveted around the world. Dimash is humble, kind, generous, respectful, reserved and very, very hardworking. He donates a lot of time and money to charity, supports people in need and always does so quietly. We only find out because some people feel the need to talk about it. Go on the journey. He will surprise you every time, touch your heart, feed your soul or push you off your chair. Tissues are always recommended, also for metal heads! Be careful and hold on tight when Dimash takes out the left earbud! Get to know Dimash, his singing, his diversity, his development, his human size, his humility, his love for his Dears ( that's what Dimash calls his fans - they are just as dear to him as his family - and that's many millions of women and men aged 9 to 90 all over the world). What can he not do? Oops, he can't cook! 😃 Did I forgot something? Oh yes! He sings all the time, all day! He sings because he has to, it's his life and whenever he sings he lets us look into his heart and feel his soul. Please, NEVER react to the videos from The World's Best! For TV viewers, the songs are terribly mutilated and cut together. Most Dears boycott the videos, because: Dimash left the show before the finale because adults in his culture don't compete with children. The organizers lied to him when the contract was signed and they later humiliated him. Eyewitnesses here: kzhead.info/sun/i7Wgc656pYSsiaM/bejne.html A Dear said: „Dimash deserves to receive the Nobel Peace Prize for his tireless promotion of world peace to peoples around the world.“ One can only agree! There are good, great, excellent singers and there is DIMASH! Thank you, all Dears, for your help (www helped too) ❤ Greetings from a Dear from Germany

  • Thank you for your reaction Guys! Dimash’s talent is mind blowing 🤯 A'Studio was invited by Igor Krutoy to participate (individual concert) in the 2018 edition of the New Wave festival Igor Krutoy, the man in white shirt giving his standing ovation, invited Dimash to participate in this festival in the same year. "Sinful Passion" was created in 1998. This is how the song was performed, exactly in the 20th anniversary of this song. It speaks of greater love, greater loss, greater despair, greater desire, greater passion. The loss or lack of this love, in Dimash's interpretation, has the dimension of a loss of life, which one is very anxious to restore. In place of the original purely pop instrumental part (inserts), Dimash included (after the last chorus) his vocalize, a stylized onomatopoeic (like a lament) eastern ornament and the words "дай мне, дай" (give me, give me) with a 23-second melismatic on the last syllable, which is not a simple substitute for a pop musical theme, but an extension of the story sung earlier in words. ❤️🎤🔝🌹🌹👏👏👏 Please react next to Samaltau Tokio Jazz Festival kzhead.info/sun/iNqGgs-hkKdpfas/bejne.html

  • That red-suit guy is clueless... The competition in China (I am a Singer/The Singer) was for professional, experienced singers, not at all a format like The Voice. Dimash was invited to compete as the only foreigner, and he was the youngest competitor (22 yo). The rest were all established, experienced chinese singers. Another difference is that in The Singer, the audience is the 'judge', the competitors are ranked each episode based on the audience`s votes. Aaanyway... LOVED your commentary and analysis, guys 😁👍 You were right, that was a chant, Dimash added that as a mourning vocalise in memory of the lead singer of the band playing behind him (the song is theirs, and his performance is a cover). If you want to hear this with better sound volume and mixing, check out this solo concert performance of his for "Sinful Passion" : kzhead.info/sun/jK5-nKuAaZqnqK8/bejne.html - it`s fire (the second half of the song has people almost fainting in the audience 😄) That last crazy belt + runs + riffs, was ~25 seconds in one breath 😁 A great song of Dimash - ideal for 'blindfolding people' 🤣: "Olimpico" : kzhead.info/sun/l8-Jg5qsb2anmmw/bejne.html - total duet with himself :)) Thank you for your reaction video guys :) It was awesome. Happy subscriber 👍

The video is compiled by Gloria Wu and can be found here: kzhead.info/sun/f66NYMaheoaFhWw/bejne.html

  • BORN Dınmūhammed Qanatūly Qūdaibergen 24 May 1994 (age 27) Aktobe, Aktobe Region, Kazakhstan ALMA MATER K. Zhubanov University in AktobeKazakh National University of Arts in Astana, Kazakhstan. Dimash Qudaibergen (Di-MOSH KOO-die-ber-Ghen) is a phenomenon and is a decorated national treasure in his native Kazakhstan. He has been accepted into a program to pursue his PhD in musical composition. Kudaibergen sings in multiple musical genres. His main genre is classical crossover, but he also sings classical music (bel canto), rap, hip hop, pop, rock, classic, Opera, traditional Kazakh folk, ballad and world music. He uses musical elements, and vocal styles and techniques of many other genres, including jazz, RnB, and musical theater. His 7.7 octave range (G0 growl-D8 whistle tone) and 2 semitones, meaning he has produced notes found in 7 different octaves, which is beyond comparison. Kudaibergen is well-recognized for his extremely wide and developed vocal range from C2 to C6 to F#6 and, finally, D8. This sequence shows his lowest note sung in vocal fry and chest voice, his highest note hit with his full modal voice, his highest note hit using falsetto, and his highest overall note, hit using the whistle register. Dimash is one of the best, if not the best, singers on the planet today. He started singing lessons at 5 years old and was later found to have perfect pitch. Dimash has been on stage since childhood: he sang and played the piano at various venues and competitions throughout his childhood. The young artist was not only a bright performer of famous hits, but also the author of his own songs. He had written seven songs by the age of 24. He is also known for his use of the whistle register and for singing in full head voice. He is University educated with degrees in classical and opera, as well as contemporary music, pop and jazz and completed a Broadway musical master class. On June 18th, 2020 he completed his masters specializing in composition and received his masters with honours having achieved the maximum score of 100%. He is currently working on his Doctorate in musical composition. In terms of full notes hit, Dimash has used growls and frys to hit spoken notes around and below C2, some of which may or may not be counted as part of his range. This includes an Eb2, an A1 and an F#1, various other frys around Eb2 and D2, a G#1 and a Bb1. Therefore, if counted, those notes make his range expand to 7 octaves and 10 semitones. He is humbly dismissive of this astounding fact and stresses that it is not the amount of range you have but in fact how you use it to move people. On top of all this, he embodies every song he sings and always gives 100% for his audience. He's a genius at mixing genres in a song, a style he himself refers to himself as neo-classic. He has won many prestigious awards. He speaks Kazakh and Russian, English and some Chinese. He has performed songs in 14 languages: his native Kazakh, Russian, English, Mandarin, Italian, French, Spanish, German, Serbian, Turkish, Ukrainian, Kyrgyz, Arabic and Japanese. On May 24th, 2021 Dimash celebrated his 27th birthday. At 22 he was invited as a wild card to participate in I Am a Singer, a Chinese competition show for professional singers. He ultimately placed second because at the time the rules of the show disallowed anyone who wasn't Chinese to take first place. The show catapulted him to relative stardom worldwide and he became a pop superstar in China. He is also famous in Russia for his neoclassical work with famous Russian/Ukrainian composer and arranger Igor Krutoy who came out of retirement to collaborate with Dimash. Igor has written songs for Dimash and arranged previously composed music specifically for Dimash. He is often at the piano for many of Dimash's performances. Dimash has since introduced pop songs in Russia as well. He was on a solo world tour when the pandemic struck. There are several full concerts available to watch online. His concerts are usually around 2 ½ hours with an eclectic mix of vocal styles and genres. He was born into a musical family and both of his parents are famous singers and musicians in Kazakhstan, his mother being an operatic soprano. Although offered a position at the Astana Opera, he decided to carve out his career in contemporary music, mixing classical elements and traditional Kazakh music with pop music. He gained significant popularity in Kazakhstan and other post-Soviet countries in 2015 upon becoming the Grand Prix winner of Slavianski Bazaar in Vitebsk, Belarus. He rose to fame in China with his participation as a "wildcard competitor" in Hunan TV's Singer 2017 finishing second overall. Although he works with producers, promoters and music labels in other countries his music is produced and distributed through his own company called Dimashali Creative Center. Dimash plays seven instruments: piano, drums, guitar, keyboard, dombra (the most popular Kazakh instrument, like a lute), marimba (like a xylophone), and bayan (which is like an accordion). Dimash is most widely known through his live performances and has released several albums, the first one going platinum in 37 seconds in China and triple platinum in less than an hour. It has been widely recognized that his high notes are not whistle tones but head voice. Dimash rarely uses his whistle register but when he does it is spectacular. He has many millions of fans worldwide which he has named his "Dears" He is soft spoken, polite, respectful, elegant and classy, also extremely humble, and possesses a wonderful sometimes self-deprecating sense of humor. He is often dismissive of his amazing talent and seldom goes without mentioning his love of country and its history.

  • The band named A'Studio that accompanies Dimash, is the same one that composed the song minus the lead singer named Batyrkhan Shukenov, who died of a heart attack in 2015. The song was originally performed in 1998 and the lyrics are by the poet Ilia Reznik together with Baigaly Serkebayev, (the keyboardist with long hair, which we see in the video accompanying Dimash.) The tones in the middle are oriental Arab technique (or traditional qazaq singing, called Joqtaw. It is a lament to the deceased singer). The last run is 24 seconds on 1 breath.

  • Usually everyone (including the greatest singers) has a certain timbre of voice, its type, range and voice accessories inherent in it. In men, the high voice is the tenor, the lower is the baritone, and the low is the bass. For women - by analogy: soprano, mezzo-soprano, alto, contralto, etc. Is it possible, if someone could recreate all these voices? (...) No, it is not possible! Only Dimash is capable of this! There is a concept in music that is called an imitation, e.g. a girl who has an alto voice, imitates a mezzo-soprano, borrows it and raises it higher. But that's not her voice. The amazing thing about Dimash is that all we hear is his natural, authentic voice, which has the effect of having several people singing a song at once, but it's actually the voice of one person. Dimash does not imitate a soprano (...) He has a truly masculine and feminine voice with full range in both cases. So what can we say about someone who has a 7 octave voice ?! Even more mysterious and amazing is how, in the same song, Dimash switches from one vocal technique to another and does it so often and smoothly that it doesn't tire our hearing, it happens so smoothly that even a computer cannot do it. Each vocal technique takes years of training, years of hard work! His incredible love for music and improving himself to perfection.

Recomendaciones, Stranger, Olímpico, Ikanaide, Golden, Guerra y Paz, Screaming, Ok, Your love, SOS, Mademoiselle Hyde, Adagio, su cover de Show must go on, Hello, Samaltau, Daybreak, Ave Marìa y mucho, mucho más. Todo su trabajo, cada interpretación es como una obra de arte, con muchas dinámicas, todos los registros vocales, no se cansarán y querrán más de Dimash, jaja, en serio. Pura vida 🇨🇷❤️🇰🇿

He is Muslim, and the goat trills are actually a RIP chant. The Band A Studio who was accompanying him wrote the song. Dimash is from Kazakhstan and so is the band and Dimash wanted to bring them to light in other countries. They were in Russia in this performance. Dimash is also an athlete with a Red Belt in Taekwondo, is a swimmer, loves to play soccer. At the end when you see the bald man with a white shirt stand up and applaud...that man is the infamous Maestro Igor Krutoy. He is a composer abd this was the first time he had heard Dimash. He went back stage and offered Dimash anIgor d his father his services to work with Dimash. Igor was already worth 13 Billion dollars and he and Dimash have both made some money since then. Igor actually came out of a 25 year retirement to work with Dimash.

  • Great reaction! Dimash is always amazing and every performance, you'll hear something new from him. Just when you think you've seen his whole bag of tricks, he pulls something else out of the bag. For a future reaction to Dimash, I'd love to see your reaction to "Olimpico." kzhead.info/sun/l8-Jg5qsb2anmmw/bejne.html It was written by the famous Russian composer, Igor Krutoy, who basically came out of retirement to write for Dimash's voice. The song was written for Dimash to sing at the opening of the Second European Games, is in Italian, and features Dimash as Zeus instructing the athletes (and us) to go out, be powerful, and know that you're stronger than any difficulties you might face. It showcases a ton of Dimash's lower register in a more operatic mode than you've seen so far and also has some CRAZY high notes. Definitely another song where, if you or Dave were blindfolded, you'd think it was two singers. "Stranger" is another great song that I think will blow you away and is a much more recent song from Dimash, showing you what he's doing with his voice lately. Spoiler: He's improving. The only problem with "Stranger" is that video reactions to it are getting blocked a lot but people are avoiding the blocks by dimming the video, making it semi-transparent, and/or putting text over the top of it. Even if you have to jump through a weird hoop to get that one up on the channel, it's definitely worth a reaction. Dimash is next level on that one. Two older songs of Dimash's that you might really enjoy: (1) His performance of "Adagio" on that same Chinese show where you saw him sing "SOS." That performance is the definition of a singer "leaving it all on the stage." And (2) the music video for "Across Endless Dimensions," a song he recorded for the soundtrack to an Italian sci-fi movie a couple of years ago. Both songs are in English and both are awesome in their own ways. Finally, since you and Dave were intrigued by the Middle Eastern sounding middle bit of "Sinful Passion," I think you'd really love Dimash's cover of Lionel Richie's song "Hello." He only performed it once (afaik) and it's pretty spectacular. The year after he was on that Chinese show, "Singer," and had become a superstar, he came back as a guest of the show and sang "Hello" as a thank you to his Chinese fans who'd basically launched his career. He starts the song out pretty straight (though a little more emotional because, y'know, Dimash) and with a slight ethnic flavor to the instrumentation but then takes a hard left turn and just straight-up transcends. What he does with his voice on that one is legit insane. Anyway, wherever you go next with these reactions, I'm looking forward to it! I always love seeing people who actually understand music, technique, and production discovering Dimash and journeying down the rabbit hole because you really understand WHY what he's doing is so next-level in addition to just being blown away like other, less musical reactors. Enjoy!

  • This song is old. She's over 20 years old. Music by Baigali Serkebayev, and the words to this song were written by the famous contemporary Russian poet Ilya Resnick, author of many Russian music hits The first performer of this song was a singer from Kazakhstan Batyrkhan Shukenov (he died in 2015). He didn't imitate the first performer. Dimash used all his phenomenal abilities and made a completely different interpretation of this song. I can't remember a single song where the singer changed 5 voices (from baritone to soprano) and 4 octaves in one song. And Dimash did it easily. At the end of the song, Dimash sang vocals for 22 seconds in one breath. Dimash tells a great story and draws us into it. Many viewers cry, others have chills. And all together they sit like under hypnosis.
