I like to eat cucumbers, avocados and soft boiled eggs with some sort of fruit or berry on the side. I take them to work as my snack and lunch. I switch it up a little, but this is my primary go to.

I would only be able to bring snacks or food that doesn’t need to be heated or refrigerated which is super limiting.

There are a lot more videos like this so it's just a matter of whether you look for the resources or not. Also, you can just bring a lunch bag if you refuse to eat these kinds of foods and leave it in your car avoiding direct sunlight. I have a co-worker who has a cooler in his car and he just uses it to put his lunch bag there so it gets even less hot or cold. You don't even need a plastic cooler, a styrofoam cooler will do. Like I said, it's really a matter of resources. You don't need to store things anywhere in your workplace to be able to bring lunch. Good luck and get creative 🤘

I feel that sometimes you dont lose all weight from eating healthy. I have always eaten healthy yet still want to lose weight. Healthy eating helps keep weight down, yet, some people need to include exercise to lose weight.
I have only 1 heavy meal everyday . That is breakfast .. rest full day I have fruits or some few dry fruits and detoxifying water and juices like green tea, cinnamon lemon water, honey water etc.... I exercise for only half hour before having breakfast daily... This has helped me loose 7 kgs. In 2 months... I am going slow but it's really helping me.. Plus I have totally banned white sugar, white rice, flour and everything unhealthy in my house.. I have replaced them with healthier options.. I also take nutrition supplements to keep me energetic all day and it makes me feel my tummy is full.. U can have your cheat diet on weekends.. but remember only on weekends I say

Am following diet that's not having rice,wheat,maida , dairies and sugar. Doing 30 mins workout and oatmeal for bfst. Mixed veg for lunch and fruits for dinner. Mid time snack 1 cup green tea and fruits . I got immediate result that's my belly fat reduced within a week. Feeling excited. Then will follow this video .

I love this because some of the top 10 foods, I crush whenever I'm trying to eat better. One summer I only ate eggs and turkey sausage for breakfast, and then chicken with spinach for lunch/dinner depending on when I worked out. Protein shake with whey protein of course after or before workout. :)
If you drink tons of water it can also help. 😊 Obviously not that much but I recommend if you make a smoothie add water.

I'm trying to lose weight. I've been following a high protein-low carb diet. I rarely eat meat so I'm enjoying eggs and avacados plus cottage cheese. The cottage cheese may be dairy but it's high in protein I need to lessen my diet Mt Dew intake and increase water. Thanks for a great video.

My fav foods when dieting are barley and yogurt. Yogurt helps me build muscle while barley makes me full for longer time. Ouh plus I also took some nuts because i always skip proteins and carbs because of busy scedules.

I have become the unofficial queen of bean soups! They're very inexpensive, high in fiber, and overall healthy. Also, too, is I have avoided sugar. I am finally shrinking! What I like is better described by what I don't like from this list: salmon (tried it 4-5 times and still don't like it); oatmeal! Never, never, never. I consume the rest pretty regularly.😊😉

When i did my training for Special Olympics Nationals in 2010 all i ate was salads with Turkey on them or sometimes ham on them and i would put a little spinach on it go to work and then after work go workout! I did that until i left for nationals! My weight went from 230 down to 165 and i had to do that 2wks before i left! Let's just say my mom went with and my aunt and my cousin and they said u grew a inch taller! I'm normally 5'8" but after the weight loss i went up to 5'9"1/2! See u don't need all these weight loss pills, or weight loss plans! If i can go from 230 to 165 in 2wks so can anyone else! All u have to do is try! And don't give up! 💙
