1 hour Before you Eat breakfast , drink a bottle of water and eat breakfast (don’t drink much during eating) , eat your breakfast slow and after you are done with your breakfast drink another bottle of water. Drinking water before and after you eat helps your tummy:)

I also adhere to intermittent fasting, only eat once a day from 2-4 pm but eat very healthy and well during that window. I also drink steeped green tea with white & rooibos tea in the evening.
