Drinking hot water in morning & evening is sufficient & is also good for lungs too, it helps me in cough but don't drink hot water all time, otherwise when you drink cold drink/water or eat ice-cream you will get cold-cough instantly, thats my experience it may vary with yours.

A suggestion don't drink lemon juice daily because the sourness of the lemon can make your gums loose and then your teeth will fall out,my grandfather used to drink this daily and the dentist told us this was the reason,second thing whatever you drink or eat just take it for 3 months and then atleast take 15 days gap and then resume.

I experienced COVID that lasted around 11 days. At first, I believed I was ok but I began to lose more hair than normal.
