I just started reading you’re book . Congratulations an excellent book and very compassionate. I am reading to understand people in my life I’m also starting to see my own toxic NPD traits which I never considered I had .

In you’re videos and in the book you seem like you are magnanimous , empathetic and sagacious . I did the exercise where I held the ice In my hands it was one of the most profound realisations I’ve had and the section about splitting I see that not only did others do it but I actively split also . Will there be follow up book I opted for no contact with the 3 suspected NPDs because there unwilling to do anything to reduce there abusive behaviour and are harmful in every way and oblivious unless they extracted physical harm and enjoying the psychological aftermath or further recommend reading.
