Thanks for the video! I'm a big fan of Steel Series in general. I've had the Rival 500 for 5 years and it's just NOW giving me issues. Love their headsets too. So of course I'm thinking about this product. It's gorgeous. It's wireless. It's innovative. HOWEVER, I've been hearing about some sidegrip issues that are super alarming. What's your experience so far after using it a few months?
I have seen you put this comment under several vids, did you ever get an answer? Couldn't find if they fixed that problem yet.
@@quinten3884 Not yet. lol Thanks for also trying to figure it out. I really want this mouse, but I'm hesitant to invest in it if they're still having so many issues. And if they are, I'd at least want to know if it's fixable!
@@ThatCho From what I found is that the "fix" is the possibility to buy the side grips separately. I don't think they are gonna change anything about it, not anytime soon at least. I have seen some people glue it back on them self with proper glue and they didn't experience any of those problems anymore (and it still looked good). I'm just gonna wait for a discount and go for it. Also I live in a fairly cold country so I don't know if it's even going to happen to me. edit: Some posts say that people got replacements for free even after the warranty period.

@@ThatCho I got one yesterday, it took some getting used to because I haven't switched mouses in like 5 years. But it's great, I can't go back to a wired mouse now :)

You'll want the weights for precision work... like graphics etc. It makes you have a slower ramp up in speed, which is nice. Ofcourse for gaming... take out the weights :)
wireless mouses only make sense if you have a wirelessly charging mousemat to go with it which is connected to pc for 0 latency gaming.
Going from my wired mouse to this wireless, i feel no difference, but maybe if i was a "Hardcore E-sport" gamer, then i maybe would feel it, but not for my broken skills haha

The only wireless mouse I use is the logitech g pro wirless
