Mouse review of the s2-c. It is a LOT better than I had expected, I almost didn't even order it tbh. Zowie is 2/3 on seal of approvals since making the C series, that is an incredible 3 point% in the NBA.

S2-C has a lower weight, lower click latency, better feeling buttons (besides scroll) than the s2-b. Still built like a tank really dont know what there is to complain about asides from the wires existence.

S2-c, NP01s, Xm1r, and Shroud G303 are my favorite shapes for sure. I always come back to the s2-c though. Such an awesome mouse.
I have an EC1a and an FK1 that still work just fine, from before BenQ bought them, good mice but dated a bit now. I really haven't wanted to get another until they brought out the C series and damn they're nice. Maybe they'll finally go wireless...in the next 10 years. Maybe.

@@zeroxpress lol I use an og infinity and have a stealth sitting in a box as a back up because I love this mouse pad so much I've used a razer Goliathus, steelseries qck+, glorious xxxl, cooler master mp510, glorious helios, artisan shidenkai, and the Odin infinity's and so far the infinity is my favorite for the price
I've been gravitating back to only a claw grip, I might give it a try when it's in stock.

You should make a list of wired mice that are definetely worth at least trying out in 2021/22.
Have you thought about reviewing the Xtrfy M4, they released a Tokyo version which isn’t much different but an opportunity to review a mouse you haven’t yet. I have the mouse, while I use fingertip and don’t have nearly the experience as you do, it feels very nice and the shape is nice.

Happy zowie is updating their mice finally
This is my main for the foreseeable future, have never aimed better. The S2 shape just perfectly fits my specific claw grip, after trying well over 30 other mice nothing feels nearly as fitting, and it's taught me that no matter the features of a mouse, shape is paramount. I wish the S2 clones were better executed, the S2-C is pretty much perfect for me other than the weight and scroll wheel. Really was hoping I'd like the gamesense meta but the slight shape alterations just ruin it for me, goes to show how important an extra MM here and there is. Here's to hoping there's a well done S2 clone in the near future - otherwise I'll be waiting another 5 years for the S2-D
How does the s2 shape compare to the xm1, za13 and m42?

@@eakmadashma shape is incredibly preferential, I'd look up the dimensions and/or just try them yourself. There's a lot of nuance that goes into shape and I'm not particularly good at articulating the minor differences between all of them.

Same here, my new main for now. Perfect shape in my hand and just overall perfect. Tried Gamesense Meta before this but just not the same.
If zowie made wireless mice they would no doubt be #1 in the game by a long shot.

Would you recommend I get the Titan gx air/pwnage Symm gen 2 or the s2-c?
Scroll wheel click softens up after a few weeks. Not exactly as crisp/responsive as "good" scroll clicks, but it does get better over time. Opening the mouse and lubing certain parts can help the scroll wheel too (kinda tedious).
I am hoping this happens sooner rather than later. If you didn't make this comment, I would have refunded this mouse - it is a solid item but I noticed how hard it was to repeatedly push almost immediately.
hey, can you tell me if the scroll steps are precise and clearly defined? i have a g pro and the wheel just sucks, i always end up doing 1.5 steps instead of 1

yo, i anted to ask you about the hati s wireless ace on the max gaming website, i just noticed that it doesn't say hati s ace wireless but it just says hati s wireless, but it is in the transparent blue colorway and in the description it says that it has the 3370 sensor and the kailh 8.0 switches. so im kinda confused, and i already pre ordered the mouse and it should be here soon. boardzy, i currently have an mp510 xl that’s a year and a half old and i need a change. i dont know what kind of pad i will like coz the 510 is the only one i have. i was thinking hien but i don’t want to throw $100AUD into a pad that i don’t know i will like. should i get an odin infinity to see if i like that kind of pad. or is there something else you would recommend for someone coming from an mp510. i play valorant and cs mainly but i play most fps games too if that helps.

Which Fantech mouse is most simillar to the s2? My main mouse is the G10 Rhasta by fantech and I haven't been able to find a comfortable alternative (shape-wise) with better specs. On paper it seems to be very simillar to the S2, but it's not exactly the same shape. The Dimensions of the fantech mouse are : 118*64*34mm

My wrist is fucked, have to palm grip so I don't feel pain. Any recommendations for a mouse with a huge hump more towards the end? My hand is 19*10 which is kind of narrow, too. If only I don't play games, could just buy a vertical mouse lol.

Whats the lift off distance of this mouse i play at 1mm lift of distance i mainly play apex legends i couldn't hit single wingman shots and g7 shots because my mouse had very high lift off distance then i changed lift of distance to 1mm now im hitting my wingman shots and g7 shots
You can doubt about 3370 sensor, but Zowie announced Zowie EC1/2/3-CW series with it

recently zowie s2 and za12 were my favorite mouses but both started spinning out on any mousepad i have (hien, gsrse, helios, qck and a couple others) i thought it may be a pc problem but i dont have the issue with any other mouse. ps sorry for broken english

What are the most similar shaped mice as the s2?
Solid vid! Too bad the main clicks on Zowie are just too poor compared to my XM1 V2. I tried the S2 DIVINA and the clicks were mushy in comparison (but not that bad, really). I think it has to do with the buttons being one piece with the entire top shell. That is one reason why buttons need to be saperated from the shell in design.
Separated shell is definitely better, but the C series clicks are more full feeling and tactile than the B series/divina series

As someone who generally prefers 70-80g mice, do you think the b series *SPECIAL EDITION* or this would be better?
depends on the spape, if you want the bigger s1 version i recomend going for the updated C, if you want to take smaller s2 i dont think the 88g would bother you that much

I have been using grip tape on my zowie mouse and I think it improves it a bit. Not sure what others think about that.

The heavy scroll wheel click is a deal breaker for me. 😢 If it wasn't for that, it would have been perfect. What's a good alternative to this mouse? I really like the shape and buttons.
I'm a bit late, but go for a Fantech Helios UX3 V2/XD3 V2. It's an insane value and feels amazing, with only very minor issues like side flex.
I wish zowie would just give us a 60 gram version wired idc if it has a wire or not I even prefer a cable it's just 70+ grams for mice is to heavy for me my hand keeps cramping after a bit I need to workout so it doesn't cramp as much and 3 finger claw grip is hella nice on zowie mice.

I’ve never heard of using SL internals. I’d imagine it would be easier to use g305 internals

I reviewed the hati s wireless a month ago. It is still not for sale. I have lost a lot of faith in gwolves tbh, especially since their alloy mouse is gonna have plastic clicks..
