You dont need a completely new radiator in this part of the world. It will get clogged from the river or well water theyre using to fill it before it’s completely rotted. Also a lot of the time theyre dont keep it under pressure they just add more water and keep it topped off. Its crazy I know but it works for them.

The real skill was completing the rodding out but resoldering the top and bottom tube plate. We could make the look like new after they had their nice warm caustic bath beforehand. That flame looks a little too concentrated for my liking. But good job overall. Just need to pressure test and repair any leaking corner tubes now by turning the rad upside down and resoldering them.😊

It would make sense to do that if, you are repairing or pinching off the core lines.There is no sign of them doing that ,so, there is no need to fo that step.

ウォーターポンプなど水周りに液体ガスケットを使ってるから、 純正だとゴムパッキンやゴムシートガスケットパッキン使うけど、整備工場等は漏れが怖いからと液体ガスケットを多用するのよね。 この液体ガスケットカスが目詰まり起こすのね！ そして、クーラントの定期交換をしないから錆びてガスケットかすと錆の二重苦の詰まりを起こして朽ち果てるのね。
