Такие видео главное мамкиным сынулям не смотреть , а то они верят в сказки , что в Мире всё делают роботы , ведь им забыли рассказать что и роботов тоже делают люди , и настраивают , и ремонтируют , и на свалку отвозят , и под пресс , и обратно в металлургическую печь , которая без грязного химического завода и горно-обогатительного комбината даже не запустится , кстати в шахте тоже люди работают . Микропроцессор крайне прожорливая вещь , для его рождения нужно очень много ЖИВОЙ КРОВИ , без которой он не может существовать .

И тут даже главное не то что я написал выше , и даже не новые , выданные жилетки , а то как крышей не поехать каждый день раз за разом снова и снова делая одно и то же , одно и то же , каждый день , каждый день , каждый день , за какую то вонючую зарплату , до самой пенсии , которой скорее всего даже и не будет , вся жизнь просрана на работе , ради непонятно чего , ради лекарств и вставных зубов.

It runs on both 12 vDC or 220 VAC. You have to have separate wiring for both, there is no automatic switching. The idea is when you have electricity available from the grid, you use 220 v. When no power, you may have solar panels and 12V battery installed in the house, you use 12V power. The UPS or solar power controller automatically takes cares of the switching.

Сначала смотрю - человек в спецовке, в маске, СИЗ. Подумал - круто, высокие технологии, потом увидел человека в шлепанцах - понял, показалось!😁😁😁 Хотя, будем честны - в РФ сейчас и такое организовать нереально. 23- летнее вставание с колен бесследно не проходит. Отлично, приятно посмотреть, как организован техпроцесс!👍🏼

Да как это нереально? У нас ещё более технологичные производства, знаю много предпринимателей, занимающихся производством и бывал на их производствах - куда более эффективно, чем на видео. На видео же много низкоквалифицированного ручного труда.

Вполне реально если законы поменять. У нас не рентабельно производить продукцию так как продаём азиатом энергоресурсы в 2-3 раза ниже чем своим предприятиям. И как с ними конкурировать. Если у них энергия в 2 раза дешевле и им даже на обогрев не надо тратится.

Сколько же этапов проходит сборка. Если столько вентиляторов, значит на экспорт, или по заказу. Мне бы надоело собирать одно и тоже на одном месте, из одних этапов сборки. Вот интересно только, почему они все каске? Уважение к вам вашему труду 👍

Если столько обработок корпуса, после литья , то форма жутка убитая . В нармальной форме льют с минимальными потерями металла , только резьбу нарезуют обычно. Это не завод, а ручная сборка и доводка.

Автомат на штампованные пластины наносит скотч изоляционный и потом мотает витки проволкой с шагом , концы сваривают обмоток и припаивают провода . Дальше сборка. Там больше электронное управление , нет там коллектора и колец токасьемных ведь там всего 3 обмотки расскиданных с шагом. Не очень все интересно.

Thread tap just fell right out of the chuck, but yeah, high quality 👍

I think it was meant to. He wouldn't have been able to remove the tap unless he reversed the lathe. Wastes time. Notice all the PPE is brand new. No dirt. All crushed like it just came out of the packet. It's all for show. Wearing loose clothing while using rotating machinery is a little dangerous too.

I believe that was on purpose. If the tap had been tight in the chuck he would have had to feed it into the hole at precisely the correct rate to match the thread pitch. Since the tap was loose, he didn't have to feed it at the correct rate because the tap pulled itself into the hole at the correct rate. That was actually a smart way to simplify the tapping process without using a more complex CNC lathe that would control that feed rate automatically.

Best AC/DC fan manufacturing company in Pakistan, this specific model is ICON Model. Which runs on both AC and DC Current, controlled by a remote.
First time I see this kind of fan manufacturing company.in 80s we used to buy fans from Gujrat Pakistan and they were very simple machines but to this factory 👍👍.well done and keep it up

Такие видео главное мамкиным сынулям не смотреть , а то они верят в сказки , что в Мире всё делают роботы , ведь им забыли рассказать что и роботов тоже делают люди , и настраивают , и ремонтируют , и на свалку отвозят , и под пресс , и обратно в металлургическую печь , которая без грязного химического завода и горно-обогатительного комбината даже не запустится , кстати в шахте тоже люди работают . Микропроцессор крайне прожорливая вещь , для его рождения нужно очень много ЖИВОЙ КРОВИ , без которой он не может существовать .
И тут даже главное не то что я написал выше , и даже не новые , выданные жилетки , а то как крышей не поехать каждый день раз за разом снова и снова делая одно и то же , одно и то же , каждый день , каждый день , каждый день , за какую то вонючую зарплату , до самой пенсии , которой скорее всего даже и не будет , вся жизнь просрана на работе , ради непонятно чего , ради лекарств и вставных зубов.

It runs on both 12 vDC or 220 VAC. You have to have separate wiring for both, there is no automatic switching. The idea is when you have electricity available from the grid, you use 220 v. When no power, you may have solar panels and 12V battery installed in the house, you use 12V power. The UPS or solar power controller automatically takes cares of the switching.

Подумал - круто, высокие технологии, потом увидел человека в шлепанцах - понял, показалось!😁😁😁 Хотя, будем честны - в РФ сейчас и такое организовать нереально. 23- летнее вставание с колен бесследно не проходит. Отлично, приятно посмотреть, как организован техпроцесс!👍🏼
Да как это нереально? У нас ещё более технологичные производства, знаю много предпринимателей, занимающихся производством и бывал на их производствах - куда более эффективно, чем на видео. На видео же много низкоквалифицированного ручного труда.
Да тоже самое и на наших производственных линиях. Я много лет работаю и отличий не увидел.
Вполне реально если законы поменять. У нас не рентабельно производить продукцию так как продаём азиатом энергоресурсы в 2-3 раза ниже чем своим предприятиям. И как с ними конкурировать. Если у них энергия в 2 раза дешевле и им даже на обогрев не надо тратится.
Шел бы ты на... кобыле в трещину, ципсота ))) а, да...в России ракеты жжж еще когда там, в апреле закончились ??)) И реакторы на быстрых нейтронах, вот такие гастры в шлепках, киянками собирают и ледоколы и космические корабли 😄😁🤣

Сколько же этапов проходит сборка. Если столько вентиляторов, значит на экспорт, или по заказу. Мне бы надоело собирать одно и тоже на одном месте, из одних этапов сборки. Вот интересно только, почему они все каске? Уважение к вам вашему труду 👍
Если столько обработок корпуса, после литья , то форма жутка убитая . В нармальной форме льют с минимальными потерями металла , только резьбу нарезуют обычно. Это не завод, а ручная сборка и доводка.
КАСКА на башке рабочего - это показатель качества культуры труда и качества продукции

@@ddimon77 каски с жилетами могли и для видео выдать, так как они слишком чистые, не залапанные и не запыленные, хотя станки рядом прямо покрыты пылью. Чтобы показать цивилизацию, а не гаражное производство.
Не работают индусы в красках и жилетах, так же как и в Пакистане и Афганистане. Это же кустарщина. Люди обеспечены работой, но сколько металла теряется, сколько мелких доделок... Времени уйма потеряна на этих крышках. В этих странах так везде

Ну извеняйте -енто вентилятор а не айфон так после рефаблета колодок можно сказать идеальное производство. Главное нормальный подшипник и подобранные лопасти

Как делают моторы на велики и гироскутеры особенно интересно посмотреть
Автомат на штампованные пластины наносит скотч изоляционный и потом мотает витки проволкой с шагом , концы сваривают обмоток и припаивают провода . Дальше сборка. Там больше электронное управление , нет там коллектора и колец токасьемных ведь там всего 3 обмотки расскиданных с шагом. Не очень все интересно.
