  • This was one of the best matches in the boxing history, AJ is an incredible boxer so strong, agile yet Usyk's footwork, technique, unlimited stamina, this match is an art.

    • @@FirebonE_88 No not what he means. "Sitting on your punches" means planting your feet and throwing a punch with as much power as possible which sure can hurt your opponent but it also tires you out extremely fast. On the other hand, "not sitting on your punches" (like Usyk does) means just throwing these fast fluid punches (they still sting) just to score points. And it helps with stamina. You only throw power punches when it's absolutely necessary

  • Omg.. Usyk's footwork and head movement is unreal. He moves like a welterweight fighter. AJ definitely looked sharper than their first fight, mixing a good amount of body shot in his combo since it's too difficult to hit Usyk on the head. This is really high-level boxing stuff.

      @amarrouchmxart2870@amarrouchmxart2870Ай бұрын
    • @amarrouchmxart2870 I don't think so, bro. Joshua was in his best form on his second fight against Usyk, but he couldn't win because Usyk is a better technical fighter and has better chin than most people expected. What you are saying is what people said after AJ successfully took his revenge against Ruiz. He beat Pulev right after that fight, and everyone thought he was back to dominance. But as we all know, Usyk beat him twice in a row. There should be no excuse that he wasn't in his best form. After Usyk fight, AJ won 4 consecutive fights, but none of those opponents were anywhere near Usyk's prowess in boxing. That win against Ngannou proved nothing. Usyk's win against Dubois is way more meaningful victory than AJ knocking out Ngannou.

  • If I’m not mistaken, this was a split decision (?). AJ had rounds 5, 6, 8, and 9. But that’s it. Usyk was clearly the winner. Up until the las round, he didn’t lose his head movement, which was a huge factor for his success. He also knew how to lock his target. The moment he saw AJ’s head as hittable, he didn’t lose sight of it.

I feel like Joshua needed to use combinations better when he did catch him with a clean shot. Too many times (especially in the first fight but also in this one) he caught him flush but gave Usyk space to get away and recover. And Usyk is so quick and tough he doesn't need much space to get away.

  • Give credit to Eddie Hearn, he gives his fighters good challenges. AJ should have avoided 2 fighters with fastest hands in the division. Yes, I know the Andy Ruiz wasn't expected.

  • Damn the greatest victory in the history of Joshua's boxing career by utilising his experience,quick dodgy movements KOing out an incredible beast of a man in Francis who himself is known for his brutal KO's and has never been KOed before. It also goes to show how good usyk really is who defeated AJ twice I don't think Francis must be laughed at eventhough It must be very embarrassing not to back the talk n walk out living up to it but this was just Francis's second boxing match that too against the best boxer instead of some lame no name boxer

    • His coaches need sacking, mind boggling..Needs to use his size and strength and as you said, cut off the ring....Never out box Usyk, like George Foreman couldn't out box Ken Norton but bullied and beat the life out of him....AJ lost it Usyk didn't win...Terrible fight plan, preparation..

      @Namdor2012@Namdor20125 ай бұрын
    • @Namdor2012 Exactly, aj should've got on top of him, and destroy him like Foreman would do. But the problem is aj knows very well he's got glass chin, which he found out first with whyte in second round and then mainly with Ruiz. Since then he's even more cautious, avoiding his deadly combos in order not to get hit. The old aj pre-Whyte would win easily.

  • AJ had more chances here than the previous fights.USYK has a way of deceiving his opponents(FAKING NO PAINS FROM PUNCHES) and that keeps them from coming for the killer finishes.

  • Usyk will need to step up against Fury. I think he may target the body for the first half of the fight to prevent exhaustion in the arms from punching upwards. Fury looked old and tired his last fight, Usyk will want to be active in the early rounds, but aim to win the rounds deep into the fight for the points win. I doubt Usyk has the power to know out Fury.

  • AJ started well but Usyk came at him during the later rounds and gave him trouble. Dancing around and then standing in front of AJ peppering, made it difficult. But I think AJ can beat Usyk, the AJ of old I.e against Klitschko. Power, speed, hunger for the knockout. Plus Usyk never put AJ down. Does he have the power? Does AJ?

  • forget about going for the head vs usyk you will never land, AJs tactics were right plod forward high tight guard and throw power shots but he just couldnt land and you could see him getting frustrated becasue usyk was landing shot after shot after shot all from different angles and always stepping out of range when AJ threw

  • Looking Round by round in this video, according to me after 10 rounds it was 5:5 and Usyk narrowly got the last two rounds and won, joshua deflated a lot in the rounds before the tenth and in the last two he ran out of energy a little, with this kind of boxing I think both of them would take down Fury, but would that be enough, I'm not sure, because once fury knockdown is hard to recover from, Wilder knows best what it looks like
