Tem esse feijao sim! Talvez dependa de mercado para mercado, claro, mas nao eh dificil de encontrar. Acho que em pt se chama feijao 'azuki', normalmente eh usado para doces em receitas orientais. Mochi e anpan sao bastante populares e facil de encontrar em mercados orientais, ambos sao doces japoneses. =)

Sure, just don’t add much. It was sticky for me and I didn’t need much flour to get the end result (less than a 1tbsp). I hand kneaded

Hi! From your experience, tangzhong or poolish method can keep bread soft for longer periods?
Poolish is a way to leaven bread much more than to keep it moist. Tangzhong is more important for keeping the water suspended, if you will, in the dough, until the heat of baking releases it as steam to cook the bread and help with dispersing the trapped water molecules into the dough at the same time to create the "holes" that are what's called the crumb of the bread. I hope that doesn't confuse things for anyone. It's 4am as I write this. 😅

They add a sweet flavour, you can replace them with raisins

You should be able to leave out the beans and it'll do just fine. You can even replace them with your favourite cheese, cut into 1 cm cubes.
