NATO Commander Warns of Russian "Undersea Hybrid Warfare" | Vantage with Palki Sharma

A NATO commander has come out and said that Russia is preparing for "Undersea Hybrid Warfare." The NATO commander believes that Russia is planning to target NATO's communication ability by attacking undersea internet cables. Underwater cables are used to transmit 95% of the world's data. They are the reason the internet functions. An attack on this infrastructure can slow down communications. But can they be stopped altogether? Is it possible for Russia to cripple NATO with "Undersea Hybrid Warfare?"
