On this episode of Car Trek, AutoTempest challenges the guys to see how fast (or slow) their cheap Ferraris actually are, by taking them to MotorSports Ranch and timing their laps. Ed's Ferrari 599 is the ringer, even though heatsoak and mechanical issues could happen at any moment. Tyler's Ferrari 456GT is surprisingly agile and quick, despite being the world's most expensive Ford Probe, and Freddy's Ferrari 308 continues to be a breathing hazard. I've been a fan of the original Top Gear for years, and I've been following the Grand Tour and tried to watch a few episodes of the US Top Gear (which sucked badly), however I've been loving this Car Trek series from day 1!!! Ed, Freddy and Tyler have been giving out this Wholy Trio vibe, and have such great chemistry and are legit having fun all the time, I just love it! Keep up the great work, guys, and I'll be following closely everything you do!

Freddy's car was definitely the biggest hooptie, but by far it was the most beautiful. The 308 was Ferrari's 70's-era muscle car
I lived about 45 min from Motorsport Ranch for a long time.. I have friends that took race driving schools there and I've ridden around the track in a 911 GT2 at one point.. It's a very cool track.
I loved this episode. I love old Ferrari's with manual transmissions. The 456 GT is my favorite of the three. Hoovie is like the American equivalent of James May, Tavarish is the American equivalent of Richard Hammond, and Ed is the American equivalent of Jeremy Clarkson. Thank you.
