Funny how my story wasn’t plastered all over the news; my friend and I accidentally drove into a mostly “ethnic” neighborhood and within seconds, 3 guys came running at us yelling every slur in the book. We turned around and sped out of there as fast as we could. Funny how these stories never get mentioned….
They only care about racism when it’s geared toward the blacks.

Yea exactly who was supposed to report on this? I wanna get the logic straight here…..so you think they should be ok with racism towards a visiting womens basketball team because you experienced name calling while driving? I dont buy it, but ok….so now what? Someone got shot down the street but i dont think it should be investigated or reported because i was shot at once and no one investigated that? Thats an example of your logic in another scenario…..do see the problem with it?
Wow! You completely misinterpreted my point. I’m asking the media to plaster all of the many incidents of rashial intolerance all over the web and in the news so that we all can see that everyone is responsible for this terrible behavior and for stopping it.
And this is what we focus on and spend money on these days. Name calling. Using up resources like from the FBI.. Completely ridiculous.

It not difficult to see why theres so many of these incidents, theres a whole lot of people ready to make excuses for something so pointless and ignorant as racism.

Just a thought, but maybe the majority of us are just sick of the whole racist thing. Its easy to say the whole country has gone soft serve, when your not being effected by it. Its not “soft serve” to care, i have never in my life been compelled to yell a racial slur at someone. So i guess im “soft serve” but id like to see you say that to my face…..it might turn out the ones that feel so small that yelling ignorance at minority teens and young women, as a good use of their time, maybe they are the ones that are “soft serve”? Sure looks like it from my POV

@@M_A_R_K_23 No it is not a crime. Everyone in this country has a constitutional right to be racist. It's only when you ACT on your racism in a way that cause PHYSICAL HARM. Any law that says we are not allowed to be racist will be overturned by the supreme court. IF we were to allow a law that can tell people how to think, we are only one step from them telling you WHAT RELIGION TO BELIEVE IN. This country was founded on the freedom to be a racist or a bigot but you may NOT "harm" others based on that belief.

There was a case a few years about some racist in pick up trucks driving past a black kids bday party doing the whole racist threatening yapping thing. They went to trial and got convicted. To my knowledge they did not physically hurt anyone just being crap people
@@M_A_R_K_23 yes. The 'following' would constitute "harassment". Again, being racist is protected by the constitution. I am the least racist you are likely to find in the US. I don't condone racism but I understand what freedom of speech, and therefore freedom of thought means.

@@M_A_R_K_23 No proof that even happened, much less proof of actual harassment. The whole strip is full of security cameras and live feeds, if it happened it would have been filmed. If you fall for this hoax, then you are part of the problem.

Sorry but a "racial slur" IS NOT A CRIME! Everyone in this country has the right to be racist and to talk about it, and EVEN TO USE SLURS. No crime has been committed UNLESS Someone ACTS on the racism in a VIOLENT WAY. The constitution is SUPPOSED to respect people rights yoy be bigots, or misogynists, or idiots. Its ONLY when you use VIOLENCE against another that your behavior is not protected. Propke need to kearn what the constitution MEANS sgain.
