▷Ingredients(20 - 25 macarons)：
■Macaron
90g egg white
90g granulated sugar
105g ground almonds
120g powder sugar
food color (pink)
■Butter cream
100g unsalted butter
150g beans paste (cherry blossoms flavor)

  • Some small tips for anyone looking to follow this recipe: After piping the macarons you wanna bang the tray on the counter so the air bubbles rise to the surface of the macaron, which makes it easier to pop. After popping you can use the same toothpick to gently swirl the surface of the macaron around the hole so that the surface will be even again. This will make your macarons look even prettier, cos if you let the surface of the macaron dry with the hole it's gonna bake like that since it rises up from the bottom (the top and sides are dried so the rising will happen at the bottom, which becomes the 'foot' of the macaron). If you don't have a pretty foot on your macaron you didn't rest it enough.
