👦 This is a store specializing in macarons, donuts and cookies located in Gimcheon. It is a store that parents and daughter started together in 2017. Currently, an average of 1,000 macaroons are sold per day.

  • The thing that I'm amazed with korean people is that they're willing to spend a lot of times for fancy and colorful stuffs like this. Their effort of making it looks pretty and the times they put in it really make it worth. They're so dedicated and didn't ridicule fancy foods like this. It's a really good way to encourage young people to pursue baking industries.

  • 마카롱 너무 예쁘네요❤ 그리고 정말 순식가네 여러개의 마카롱을 만드거랑 마카롱을 저렇게 만든다니 정말 신기하네요 또 만들 때 소리 믹서기 할 때 빼고는 조용해서 ASMR 같은게 좋네요 그리고 마카롱 맛있어 보이는게 너무 먹고 싶네요🤤

  • 마카롱 별로 찾아먹지 않는 1인인데도 하나의 마카롱을 만드는데 정말 많은 정성과 노력을 들이신게 보이네요.. 저런 마카롱이라면 꼭 한번 먹어보고 싶어요 !

  • 황치즈 마카롱을 저렇게 만드는 곳은 처음이네요.. 보통 황치즈 앙글레즈 버터크림에 크래커나 뽀또 과자를 끼워서 판매하는게 대부분인데, 저 집은 진짜 치즈에 또 크림치즈 필링까지 만드시니……. 꼭 한번 가봐야 겠습니다 정성이 장난이 아니네요

  • These videos are so calming and relaxing to watch. Even if, as a Westerner, I'm a bit confused and dismayed by the cheesey macaron! Although we do sometimes put cheese and sweet flavours together, in a macaron it's unexpected here (New Zealand) . Thank you for sharing ❤️

  • I make traditional french macarons and the only thing that resembles them here are the actual wafers, themselves. The filling is far too thick and they don't get topped with anything, especially not a big hunk of filling and a grape! It's so interesting to see the way different countries take traditional recipes and make them their own. These are almost totally unrecognizable as compared to traditional french ones.

    • I was thinking that too! French style macarons are defo my favourite because the filling is VERY sweet and I like to enjoy the meringue too (too much filling can overpower and ruin it!)

    • @@seraasmr2295 I actually agree, the topping is too much. Also the cookies in a Korean style macaron are harder than a traditional one. The iver mix the batter knocking a lot of the air out, also the cookies are way flatter than a traditional one.

  • 마카롱 비싼 이유가 있었네요 버터 어마무시하게 들어가고 만드는 과정이 엄청나요 근데 손이 얼마나 빠르신지 대단하신 것 같아요^^ 베이킹 크게 관심없는 사람인데 홀리듯 보고 있어요ㅎㅎ

  • Omg the whole process looks hard, and the macarons turned out so pretty n colourful. I’m a fan of macarons but makes me wish I can live in Korea just to taste them 🥺

    • It’s actually easy just frustrating when something happens like them cracking in the oven but that’s not letting them sit long enough to dry

    • Im pretty sure you can find macarons within the area you live in. The closest store that sells them for me are about 30 minutes from my home.

  • 아 여기 김천에서 유명한 마카롱집ㅋㅋ 가게도 예뻐요! 여기 맛있어서 가끔 지인들 택배로도 먹어보라고 선물해주고 그랬었는데 ㅎㅎ 지금도 줄 서서 마카롱 사는지 모르겠네용 예전엔 줄 길게 서있고 인기 많았던 기억이 ㅎㅎ 이렇게 만드시는 지 처음 알았어요! 지금은 이사가서 못가는데 나중에 가면 한번 들리겠습니다 ㅎㅎ

    • @@matiasvianaj4370 I'm amazed by how clean these sprites were designed on this mod. I would say they look better than the Modern designs in my opinion, although I like both at the same time. This was a short gameplay this Friday and I'm impressed how they flawless they were at developing it. Hope you had a nice week man 💯👌🏿

  • 뚱카롱이라 그런지 보기도 좋고 맛도 좋을 것 같아요. 만드는 과정을 보니 정말 정성이 많이 들어가는 것 같습니다. 색감도 너무 이쁘고 저도 김천에 가게되면 꼭 한번 먹어보고싶네요.
