  • I hella respect Bobby for doin this at a 7/11. too many health influencers talk about healthy eating and then go to high end grocery stores that aren't affordable for people. 7/11 has always been a go to corner store option for the working class. i'm glad you're making healthy eating accessible to everyone.

    • why watch health influencers that only talk about/shop at high end grocery stores then? click that X, find something else. too much bishing these days. Aldi & Walmart are for the working class and sell very healthy organic food for cheap af. 7-11 is still a garbage establishment that gets by largely on cigarette sales, lottery and insanely unhealthy and cheap finger foods.

  • This was awesome, when we get fuel and a snack on those long road trips. I don’t know about water but soda cans are lined with plastic. I also don’t like aluminum due to it’s not good for the brain. Aluminum cans are lined with plastic to protect the beverage inside as well as the can itself. In the United States, roughly half of all aluminum cans are made of this plastic, also known as BPA 1. The plastic coating protects the aluminum material of the metal container from the potentially corrosive soda drink that is held within. BPA- Bisphenol A leads to fertility issues. Concern that BPA may cause adverse health effects arises from its potential to mimic or interfere with hormones such as estrogen, androgens, and thyroid hormone. FDA says the levels we get or safe but I for one don’t buy that. I don’t trust the FDA when they say kids serial like Frosted Flakes, Lucky Charms are a good stable diet for kids. Everyone have a great day and a wonderful Easter Sunday.

  • Really enjoy most of your content. Wanted to just comment on xylitol as it's not a bad ingredient unless consumed in excess. The suggestion to chew gum with real sugar in it instead is harmful in terms of preventing tooth decay. Research shows that xylitol is safe in chewing gum and is also naturally found in foods such as strawberries, plums, oats, mushrooms and lettuce. It is a low-calorie sweetener that doesn't spike blood sugar and helps inhibits the growth of cavity causing bacteria. Regular cane sugar, honey, etc. actually promotes tooth decay/cavities because those types of sugars are what the streptococcus mutans bacteria feed on. Too much xylitol will upset the stomach, but chewing a couple pieces of convenience store gum with xylitol won't do that to most.

    • @paulac1234 7-Eleven offer 5 organic juice varieties and only one is low in sugar content, the rest are all very high in sugar levels. Clean & Green is the lowest in sugar. Total sugars in a 14 ounce glass bottle is 11 grams with zero grams of added sugar. That is the only one I've been buying and drinking ever since it first came out on January 08, 2018. This is not a new item, it has been available for the past 6 years and the Clean & Green is my only "go-to" beverage from 7-Eleven. I usually stock up and buy a dozen bottles when it is on sale at 2 for 5, instead of having to drive to a 7-Eleven each time I crave one. The one shown in this video is called Berry & Bright™ Here's a list of all 7-Select GO! Smart Organic Cold-Pressed Juice Berry Banana Bliss - 31 grams of sugar Berry & Bright Clean & Green - 11 grams of sugar Restoration Red Tropical Glow Sorry, I wasn't able to find nutritional facts labels on every single one of them online, but I know for a fact that they are all very high in sugar. Quench your thirst and Cheers ~ From 7-Eleven: Enjoy our 7-Select GO! Smart Pressed Organic Juice Clean & Green. It's perfect for your pre-workout, post-workout and as a perfect snack throughout the day. Clean and Green is made with kale, cucumber, apple, spinach, mint, celery, lime and parsley. It's certified organic, has no sugar added and is NON GMO Verified. Get this juice delivered, or visit us in person.

  • Hi bobby My mum always watches your program now she is having me watch you too. The only thing is you are based in the US, and I am based in the uk. Maybe one day in your busy schedule. You can find some time and come and check out some of the products that you recommend in the UK.

  • First off for a proper 711 run you need all the food groups. Candy, chips, beef jerky, some form of chocolate and a drink.

  • Please go to a BJ’s Club! One is being built next to where I work, and I don’t know if it is worth the price to join. But they have inexpensive gas. I wonder if they have good organic foods like Costco.
