He's like that for the first 2 rounds then he slows down like a turtle and can barely move especially if you attack his legs..in the Stipe miotic fight he was bouncing around like a rabbit in the first round and by the 3rd round he literally stopped moving all together and just stood there with his hands down breathing heavily...that's how tired this Francis guy gets...he better not be tired against jones

I think some people forget Jon Jones is a student of the game first. He has more than enough time to study Ngannous fighting style and strategize for it. It’s no secret Jones has never fought someone like Ngannou who is built like a tank, has immeasurable power but is terrifyingly patient in the octagon and can also grapple, with that being said Jones is an athletic phenom and so freakishly built with that size and reach it’s safe to say Ngannou has never fought anyone like Jones either. It’s a freaking wild card!
Jon Jones grew up with two NFL Linebackers as his brothers and probably works out with them as well. He isn’t scared of big strong guys. Francis better bring it. Which he will

@@bakihanma5849 As someone who speaks 5 languages I can confirm that there are just as much similarities between Russian and English as French/English. You will find less similarities with Spanish, for example. The fact that lots of Russian people don't speak proper English (or with a very heavy accent if they do) has nothing to do with the language itself, but with schools in Russia. Their agenda is to not let their success potent people migrate.

Honestly both of these guys look like they have what it takes to win, so I really have no preference in this fight. Francis has scary power and an improved technique, Jon has always been a freak in the ring and I see he isn't making the same mistake as Stylebender by trying to weigh in less than his opponent, he recognises the impact of size and isn't shy to work on his physique. May the best man win.

I believe Jones is just too skilled for Ngannou, but there's a high chance of him getting put into another universe if one of those punches tap his jaw. Also, I'm interested in seeing how Jones is going to adjust to his new weight.

I'm Cameroonian, and I root for Francis. But I do agree that Jones is a more skilled fighter. However I'd leave my prediction open, seeing as Francis has improved his game. He's no longer just a brawny puncher now. Either way, it would definitely be a joy to watch, pure talent and natural skill (JJ), v Hardwork and Push (Francis).

The way people are undermining Jones is absolutely nuts. Casuals. Not even a Jones fan, but he is a demon himself.
Jon is the greatest to ever do it but I don't think he can beat Francis. Whenever Jon has faced a guy as tall as him he has had big problems mainly in striking Ex - Gustafson and Rayes. Smith doesn't count. Plus Jon will have a huge strength disadvantage, Francis is even bigger than most heavyweights and Jon is not a heavyweight. If Francis was a light heavyweight than I would say Jon wins but he has too many disadvantages

Yea you can call Ngannou a one trick pony because he basically cleaned out the entire division by KO’ing literally the entire heavyweight division. That’s a one trick pony? 😂. Jones of course could win, he would just have to out point him for five rounds in the standup which would be very dangerous for him, or take him down but Ngannou is bigger that will be tough. Ngannou really only has to land one or two punches and the fight is over.

@Christopher O'Connell I think it is an interesting fight I think Jon has the better fight IQ and probably will have a good game plan. But he no longer would have much of a reach advantage which he used quite a bit at LHW and it will be way tougher to take Ngannou down. Jones doesn’t have any KO power in his standup that’s his major weakness. So if the fight remains standing, he’s gonna have to outpoint Ngannou for 5 rounds and try not to get hit even once. We all know Ngannou has one shot KO power in both hands.

Jon probably won’t be able to eat the shots that Stipe ate, he has to take Francis down before he lands a single punch. That’s one gargantuan task.
I think jones will be harder to hit cleanly, similarly to Stipe in the first fight. I think it will come down to who has the better cardio

The best combat sports content outside of actual promotions.
Francis' specialty is those powerful hooks. The most powerful hook in UFC heavyweight right now. However, that might also be his possible weakness. Because he used and gave everything in first minutes. We have never seen how he went distance after those power hook. On the other side, Jones is a technical fighter. His plan is always the same when he meets his bigger threat opponent. He will let you eat at the first round, he will read and scan your move. Then he will find a way to use all his weapons. (May be including eyepoke :p, don't mention it, I know) But he might be getting slower too because of changing weight. So, this will be one of the biggest and interesting fight I would say. Will Jones get away from those powerful hooks or will Francis keep his gas till the end and get away from those weapons? I am very excited for this match.
