This episode was originally meant to follow “Ozzie’s” as a big celebration of the milestone completion of our first ever indie season! A full circle accomplishment for this channel, and an incredible technical achievement for the studio. That wasn’t how things ended up happening but that is still what it is, and I’m SO f**king thrilled we can bring it to you all now!! Please understand how much we wanted to share this with you, thank you for the patience and understanding. I can’t express how proud I am of the Spindle team who were a part of it! I’m So glad the world can see their work, and it’s amazing to see how far we have come ever since.

Anyone else notice how bee looked at blitz when he started chugging that drink? That and his "you have no idea what kind of night I've had" line. She let him win because she knew he needed something good to happen to him that night
I never thought about that but your right, her mouth and throat is way bigger she absolutely could have out drank him even without being queen of gluttony she could have just fit more down her mouth but let him win. so nice of her
just rewatched that bit and you're absolutely right, the little looks of concern she has at 10:21, 10:43 and 10:48 are really telling. props to her for bigging him up while keeping her concern low-key and not making a big deal of what a mess he is. godDAMN I love this show, the attention to detail is just incredible!!
It also seems like she allowed him to win since he outright chugged the barrel of beelzejuice her face was either something like “You’re definitely not supposed to do that.” Or she felt like he needed something good to happen. This definitely explains why she tried to address her concern for blitz later in the episode.

Judging how this episode went, I think Loona calls him dad at home, but rarely in public.
I'm now realizing that Asmodeus and Bee both really care for their people, Asmodeus hates it when people don't respect consent and Bee wants people to endulge but not if they're hurting

Absolutely love how Queen Bee wasn't just a stereotypical popular girl but instead written to be an out-going extrovert who just really wants everyone to have fun while being aware of the energy in the room.

Also seems to be in a pretty stable relationship with Tex too. I think it makes sense why Loona was frustrated upon meeting her. She came to the conclusion "I can't do anything here, I can't compete with that" pretty dang quickly. Also, Bee's looking like a Hellhound-Insect demon hybrid, and also seems to have absurd amounts of power with that growth thing she did, so one of her parent's probably one of the rulers of Hell... King of Gluttony maybe? Edit: Nope, never mind. Just watched the episode credits. Bee-lzebub is her full name in the show. Straight up a ruler of hell. Ignore me!

I love the look in Bee's eyes whenever she sings about the sky and sun. Its a look of melancholy and longing for what she craves but can never have.
It’s shown that asmodeus’s demons can access the mortal world so she could just get one of those devices but there is the fact that she’s one of the sins so she would probably be killed
@nicmalugin-dm9ju I get where you're coming from, and that's a great point! She just can never have the freedom to visit whenever for however long she'd like. It would have to be temporary, with long periods without seeing it all. Unlike if she were an angel and enjoy it whenever she'd like.

I Like how Bee isn’t one of those mean popstars, she’s just energetic, and patient, and wants everyone to have fun.
As the princess of gluttony it probably serves her best to be that way because if everyone has a great time they'll keep coming back.

Sounds like she feeds off of people's gluttony as the incarnation of Gluttony. So gotta make sure everyone gets there fill so she can get hers
I see it more as her being a master at tempting people to sin. The best way to get people to sin is to make it look fun and nothing bad will happen if you just indulge a little. She even admits that what she's giving isn't what anybody needs but what they want, implying what she's giving ultimately harms them in the long term and is only satisfying base desires. But nobody notices because of her charisma and the fun energy she exudes.

Bee is an empath, probably supernaturally so. She can "taste the flavor" of people around her and uses words like "sour" and "spicy" to describe emotions. I think she throws parties so demons can have good memories to remember and blitz(o) was clearly there to forget bad memories.

Yee, I think she knew at once something was up with Blitzø, since she's an avid party host (I'm thinking that's her whole official role), she knows what a healthy party goer looks like and then getting wasted and getting out of control. But at that point she doesn't intervene, because that's not her place. And the whole "check in on him" versus "He's a problem, you need to remove him", was very non confrontational. Just a couple worried about their friend and her weird party dad

Blitzø wasn’t drinking out of indulgence, we was drinking to cope with his loss. I like that Bee cares enough about that to say something; we need more Princes who look out for their underlings.

i just relized there is a trans character and that reconition makes me so happy. female imps have bigger black stripes and really small white stripes on their horns, as males have pretty close to equal sized stripes. the one character that says hi to Blitz (wearing the voxflix and chill shirt) has female horns but is very obviosly potrayed as a male. i love this little detail. sorry for bad spelling im dyslexic :p

For representing the deadly sin demon of gluttony Beelzebub, Bee sure is more innocent looking and nicer than expected.
It's honestly shocking but refreshing how Bee is actually rather empathetic instead of being just another antagonist. Love this episode.
Yeah she's not upset that he's going crazy at all, she's worried about why he's going crazy. Like she says she can taste the vibes of people at her party so she knows how messed up he is inside fueling his party rager. Bee is genuinely really nice.

I think it's a bit too early to say that they're pals now, it likely that few guys that cared thought she was hot and wanted to make a good impression, the girls that she spoke to is likely drunk and chilled out.

Yeah! She's my absolute favorite character now. Unlike the typical stereo types of mean girl, we often see when we meet the protagonist or side characters' love interests girlfriend, she's actually super chill and caring! Her checking up on everyone on the party and even worrying about blitzo when he goes too far despite just meeting him really made me like her. It's actually understandable why Hound and her are together. They're a perfect match tbh.
When I first saw her I thought she was going to be exactly that and was going to find ways to keep Loona away from Vortex. Glad she didn’t turn out that way and is actually nice and cool.

Another wholesome thing about Blitzø/Loona's relationship I didn't notice until the second run through the series is that when he adopted her, he gave up his bedroom for her. They live in a single bedroom apartment together and he sleeps on the couch in the main room while she has the only bedroom to herself. It was his apartment until he adopted her so it was his room until that point. I didn't notice all the small sacrifices he made for her out of love until now. This dude is such an asshole but is a better dad than most.
They actually got KESHA FLIPPING KESHA and made her a literal party wolf befitting her and song that matches her in everyway possible, bonus for Loona showing her softer side.

Just noticed a few details. Didn’t notice before that Blitzo was mumbling, “Millie…Moxxie…Stolas,” at the end there. Was he saying that bc he was thinking they would leave him, in the end? It’s kind of amazing that he put Stolas in the same category as his two closest friends/employees. He definitely doesn’t think of Stolas as just a booty call/means to an end. Of course, if he thought that, getting humiliated in front of him as a lousy partner wouldn’t have bothered him so much.
